i LOVE yassin’s! their staff is very kind and definitely will let you know about safety if you ask/mention you are GF. like someone else said you can switch out the pita for fries. WARNING! the gyro meat has a wheat sauce or something but as someone gluten intolerant it hasn’t bothered me.

Able to switch out pita bread for cucumbers in their gyro, chicken, and falafel plates. Told me the french fries and falafel both have their own separate fryer.

They said falafel fried in same fryer as gluten And no safe options for a celiac. Very disappointed and for a place that claims inclusion they sure don't live by it

Legitimately look forward to driving thru Knoxville just to stop here - very tasty and lots of gf options.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten free needs and were able to suggest a meal and alternative - Falafel plate minus the pita, but with added cucumbers for the baba ganoush and hummus - which were both delicious. Location was good and the atmosphere was cheery!
