They know about gluten. Tell them right after you order and the cashier will ensure the meal is GF. Had a good turkey sandwich on GF bread with chipotle spread. Salad bar. GF and vegan chili and hamburgers on GF buns are also available. Plenty of options including a large kid's menu. My family of 4 ate lunch for $32. We will go back.
