Review of Yellowbelly

Gluten free fried chicken! This was an incredible dining experience for me. There is lots of pretentious food in Vail. Yellowbelly offers fast casual dining with real, down to earth food. I had the mixed fried chicken with smashed potatoes. Everything was good but the thighs and pepper sauce were exceptional. if you're looking for good, fast casual food in Vail, this is the place.
