Sushi and celiac disease is a little like navigating a minefield, so to find a sushi place on the island that was tasty and didn’t give me any reaction was great! I ordered over the phone, and they made sure to tell the kitchen about the allergy. They removed all Ingredients that we’re not safe and gave me GF soy sauce. The rolls and sashimi all tasted great. Would highly recommend.

Wait staff did an excellent job. I ordered tamago (sweet egg) and MORIAWASE, 3 slices each of yellowfin tuna, salmon, hokkigai, hamachi & tako. I also had plain edamame. The wait staff came to my table to double check that the cornstarch in the egg was GF and checked the label. I felt great after. Great service! Will be back.
The menu is not labeled gluten free but the chef was able to prepare a great dish with shrimp, rice and veggies. They do have gluten free soy sauce. Veggie rolls can be made gluten free. Green tea ice cream for dessert. Just ask your server... we had a great time here. No one got sick!
