Favorite places to eat here in Tucson. Always get rolls and soups from the GF menu. Never got sick. They have GF soy sauce which is great. They can also modify from the regular menu, to make what you want GF.
Lots of GF options, and not just the standard fare for sushi places.
We had several special sushi rolls and it turned out to be too much food. Pretty tasty, plenty for dinner in 2 rolls each. GF soy sauce and good understanding of celiac protocols. All the fish was very fresh.
I just wrote a positive review on this restaurant but I did feel bloated on the way home (though I didn't get symptoms of a visual migraine which I do after eating wheat.) To be fair, I ate miso soup, and I am sensitive to soy--I may be noticing the soy sensitivity more now that I have been strictly gluten free for 8 months. I will try this place again, only avoid the miso.
