They make allergy orders separately in the back. They change gloves and use different utensils. I ordered the Lineage pizza on a gf crust. They notified me their sausage manufacturer couldn't guarantee the sausage was gf. So, they left the sausage off for me and asked if I would like to replace it with something. I replaced it with extra cheese. Yum! Delicious, fun food and knowledgeable staff! Can't be beat!
Great place! Very friendly staff and great Gluten free pizza! It's about a $3.50 extra charge for GF crust. Very happy we came!
Great pizza, very careful about cross contamination without having to tell them.
Their pizza is good, though I agree with the reviewer that said the toppings can be kind of sparse. I ate here a couple of times without an issue. The last time I ate there I got glutened. I feel like I should have known, there was flour everywhere in front and the guy that made my pizza in the back had it all over his apron. I was so disappointed after eating there made me sick, it was the only pizza place in town that I liked. Three stars because their pizza is good, just be really sure that the person making your pizza is very aware of how cross-contamination occurs.
Been here a few times. Great pizza, and they always offer to prep it back in the kitchen to prevent contamination. They also usually have a couple of ciders available, if you are looking for the whole pizza and beer combo.
The pizza was decent but the toppings were minimal, very minimal to the point that I wasn't sure that everything I ordered was on it.
Best gluten free crust yet!!! Fresh, delicious, crispy pizza made in the back that was safe for our celiac son. This place also has delicious salads and yummy gelato! Helpful, knowledgable staff made it a terrific experience!
I found this place while traveling. I was thrilled to find a pizza place that was knowledgable about Celiac. The staff was extremely friendly and took all the necessary precautions. There were tons of topping options and the pizza was great. We have recently gone back and had the same wonderful experience. I am extremely sensitive and no reaction either time. If you enjoy pizza that's not a prepackaged one, then you will love this place. Highly recommend!
Very knowledgable staff and as far as I can tell, best cross-contamination practices you can ever expect to have in a pizza place. I have Celiac disease and I did not get sick.
Delicious! They have gluten and dairy free options and are very knowledgable regarding food allergies! Love this place!
My gluten-free pizza was fantastic. Best gluten-free pizza I've had so far. I will definitely be back.
Love this place!!
Great gf pizza!!! Made in the back in a separate area to avoid cc. So good! Very celiac friendly. Lots of gf gelato too! (Just ask bc most gelato they have are gf)
Great service, great pizza, and a great Gluten free menu! We will be back.
These guys are AWESOME. They've got a separate kitchen for people with allergies. They're very nice and accommodating. BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA IN THE BORO!!! Gelato is AMAZING!
Fabulous! Crunchy crust! Made my pizza in the back-away from the bad boy ingredients.
Very nice and accommodating. Love the gf pizza there.
They were knowledgable about GF. They have a premade GF crust and put the toppings you choose on on it in a dedicated area in back away from all the gluten. They use separate cutters etc. the pizza was delicious and the gluten kind was great too.
I ordered the gluten free, dairy free pizza with vegan cheese. It was good and the staff was incredibly friendly. Clean, efficient restaurant and affordable prices.
Great GF pizza...lots of options...GF kitchen separate from other food prep area
they offer a gluten free pizza which they make in the back away from other pizzas. it tastes so good - you can't tell it's gluten free. they use special pans and cutting tools just for the gluten free pizzas so cross contamination doesn't happen. very good!
Great gluten free pizza! They prepare it in the back kitchen to avoid cross contamination. They bring it out and put it in the shared oven but it is in ya own foil pan so it doesn’t touch anything. The crust was very soft and not too crunchy like most gf crust. I ate there about 10 hours ago and have not felt any symptoms.
Gluten free crust is available and pre-made. When I requested gluten free, I was immediately asked if it was an allergy. When I said it was, I was then asked if I needed it made in the back, away from where all the regular ones are made. I requested that, and he brought it out for me to look at before baking to make sure everything was as I had ordered it. They do go in a common oven but the gf crust is in its own tin. I liked the texture of the crust a lot. My friend thought it was "just ok".
GF Pizza is made in a separate area with clean gloves. Very tasty
Had the gluten-free BBQ chicken, and it was amazing! Delicious crust. The owner was very friendly and nice and explained everything to us about how they make the gluten free pizzas separately from the other flour to minimize the chance of cross contamination. Will return frequently.
Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten. As soon as we said celiac, prep switched to another employee in a separate area. They were happy to answer our questions about cross contact. There's a $4 upcharge for gluten free but it's worth it. We will definitely eat here again.
We decided to eat here last-minute during our vacation based on some reviews here. When we walked in, two guys were Rossi g pizza crust at the line. Gluten-filled pizzas were going directly into the wood fire oven. Flour. Everywhere. Oh. No. My husband ordered his regular pizza and I stood there terrified... BUT THEN... I meekly asked, “I need a gluten free pizza. How would that work here?” The guy immediately asked, “Allergy or preference?” And as soon as I confirmed Allergy, he removed his gloves and asked what I wanted on it. A sign identifying gluten-containing toppings was clearly posted, so I knew what to avoid. He wrote down my order and prepared my pizza on a gluten free crust in a separate room. When he came back, the pizza was in its own rimmed pan and it baked in that, not touching the oven surface like the regular pizzas. I know that cross contamination was still a possibility, but I haven’t reacted that I can tell. I so pleased with the care given to my order, and my pizza was delicious!
Great pizza, very careful with GF orders. Ingredients listed for crust, prepped separately from regular pizza, baked on its own aluminum pan. Almost every topping is gf, dairy free also available. Had the butternut squash pie, all the toppings were super fresh. Staff checked on us after we ate to see if everything was ok for me. As safe as they can make it for a pizza place. Super nice!
We came to the Watkinsville location at 8pm on a Saturday night and they had locked the door and were closing. The door and the website said they were open until 10 and there was nothing that indicated otherwise. Because I have Celiac and Your Pie had great reviews, I was excited to try it. However, closing 2 hours early on a Sat night with no notice or explanation is just poor customer service. I won't be back.
Excellent GF pizza! The crust was nice and crisp and the sauce was actually flavorful. Staff was great. They asked if it was an allergy and when we said that it was, they made our pizza in the back room. Wow!
My daughter and I, who are celiacs were able to order a pizza that was gluten and also dairy free at this location. They charge an extra $4 for the 10 inch gluten-free pizza, compared to the other pizzas. It is made and cooked in a separate area away from the gluten pizzas.
Visiting from Pittsburgh - The pizza here is amazing. Seems to be no cross contamination. I didn't get sick and the taste and size was perfect. Highly recommend it!!
The staff was knowledgable when I asked about toppings, she answered but then double checked the glutenfree list to be sure (everything but the meatballs is gf) My pizza was prepared in the back away from the gluten pizzas and cooked in a pan to prevent cross contamination. There's a small up charge (+$3.49) but totally worth it. The pizza ended up being $11-12 for a small 10in pizza and no fear of cross contamination 🙌🏻
Great tasting GF pizza and even vegan cheese, for those of us who cannot do dairy either!!!! The young man helping me was very nice and he explained the process of making me a safe pizza when we asked. They prepared my pizza in the back room, away from the main pizza line, and with fresh ingredients. He changed his gloves as well. Then, though my pizza was baked at the same time as my husbands (a regular pizza), it was baked with an aluminum shield around it to minimize cc in the wood fire oven. I will be eating here again. It's been 12 hours and I haven't gotten sick or had any symptoms of being sick yet...YEA!!!!! It's so nice to find a good GF pizza, that you can actually order vegan cheese for. Also, they have an allergen statement right up front and lists all of the items containing gluten. They just ask that you tell them your allergy is severe so they can prepare it separately with fresh ingredients and take all the precautions. I'm a celiac and my daughter is allergic, we both really enjoyed the pizza and had no issues eating here.
Most people wanting to avoid gluten can eat anything we serve except for our White and Wheat Dough, our Meatballs(which contain bread crumbs), and our Italian Sausage. All of our 60 other toppings are good to eat for those avoiding gluten. As we work in a flour environment, it is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour amung our toppings. Our team would be happy to change their glove upon request if you are highly allergic. Since we do work around flour all day, we strongly recommend your dining choices wisely.
