Your pie has great gf options however with the kitchen setup "subway" style, hands that have just been tossing dough are reaching into containers of condiments. I had a great caprese salad with no issues and loved being able to "create my own" salad or pizza but cross contamination seemed like a huge risk.
Very good pizza, not a horrible up charge. Will make and cook separately from the wheat pizzas. Definitely will recommend this place!
Best GF pizza I've had! Be careful though cuz the dough alone is a whopping 600 cals whereas the wheat or regular crust is only 250! Def don't go here often because it's so unhealthy, but I love it every time I do!
Awesome make you own pie. Tons of fresh options.
We came to the Watkinsville location at 8pm on a Saturday night and they had locked the door and were closing. The door and the website said they were open until 10 and there was nothing that indicated otherwise. Because I have Celiac and Your Pie had great reviews, I was excited to try it. However, closing 2 hours early on a Sat night with no notice or explanation is just poor customer service. I won't be back.
Excellent GF pizza! The crust was nice and crisp and the sauce was actually flavorful. Staff was great. They asked if it was an allergy and when we said that it was, they made our pizza in the back room. Wow!
They make allergy orders separately in the back. They change gloves and use different utensils. I ordered the Lineage pizza on a gf crust. They notified me their sausage manufacturer couldn't guarantee the sausage was gf. So, they left the sausage off for me and asked if I would like to replace it with something. I replaced it with extra cheese. Yum! Delicious, fun food and knowledgeable staff! Can't be beat!
My daughter and I, who are celiacs were able to order a pizza that was gluten and also dairy free at this location. They charge an extra $4 for the 10 inch gluten-free pizza, compared to the other pizzas. It is made and cooked in a separate area away from the gluten pizzas.
Visiting from Pittsburgh - The pizza here is amazing. Seems to be no cross contamination. I didn't get sick and the taste and size was perfect. Highly recommend it!!
The staff was knowledgable when I asked about toppings, she answered but then double checked the glutenfree list to be sure (everything but the meatballs is gf) My pizza was prepared in the back away from the gluten pizzas and cooked in a pan to prevent cross contamination. There's a small up charge (+$3.49) but totally worth it. The pizza ended up being $11-12 for a small 10in pizza and no fear of cross contamination 🙌🏻
Great tasting GF pizza and even vegan cheese, for those of us who cannot do dairy either!!!! The young man helping me was very nice and he explained the process of making me a safe pizza when we asked. They prepared my pizza in the back room, away from the main pizza line, and with fresh ingredients. He changed his gloves as well. Then, though my pizza was baked at the same time as my husbands (a regular pizza), it was baked with an aluminum shield around it to minimize cc in the wood fire oven. I will be eating here again. It's been 12 hours and I haven't gotten sick or had any symptoms of being sick yet...YEA!!!!! It's so nice to find a good GF pizza, that you can actually order vegan cheese for. Also, they have an allergen statement right up front and lists all of the items containing gluten. They just ask that you tell them your allergy is severe so they can prepare it separately with fresh ingredients and take all the precautions. I'm a celiac and my daughter is allergic, we both really enjoyed the pizza and had no issues eating here.
If you tell them you have a serious gluten "allergy", they will prepare your gluten free pizza in the back kitchen in a separate oven using clean utensils. The lady who prepared my food told me she was going to wash up and change her gloves and apron before making my pizza. I felt very safe eating here, and the pizza crust was really good!
Everyone was very nice and they told me they prepared my pizza in a separate area from the rest. I think the person making my pizza may have had flour on his apron still. I have celiac and I got pretty sick from it. I'm glad others have had better experiences but I felt obligated to inform everyone of my experience.
I had a great experience here. They changed gloves, used separate toppings that are not contaminated, and prepared the pizza in a separate area. When I said I needed gf they asked me if I wanted the pizza prepared separately with no cc. Will definitely go back!
They have a separate area where they assemble and cook the gluten free allergy pizzas. However- I have NEVER had a correct order there. For some reason, just my gluten free pizza is missing most of the ingredients or is burned or wasn't made. Good pizza, celiac friendly, horrible at assembly.
Some of the best GF pizza I've had in years. Staff takes all precautions and the prices are great. We had a pizza, 2 salads and 2 drinks for under $20! My fiance said he couldn't even tell the pizza was GF which is a plus since he's not GF and very picky about pizza. I've been to 2 other locations and this one is definitely the best.
So happy to have found a great gluten free pizza! I notified them of my Gluten allergy and dairy intolerance. They made my pizza in the back, away from main area. The pizza was very tasty and I did not have any side affects at all. Their GF crust is much better than other crusts I've tried. My husband does not have food allergies so he ordered the regular pizza & said it was very good. Looking forward to our next trip on Sat.
I would have given your pie a 5-star rating because I love their Pizza I have always went there and been able to bring my own turkey pepperoni for them to put on my pizza as long as it was not opened but recently I have found that I no longer can do that because their employees have really bad attitudes and don't want to allow people to do this anymore they say it could cause me to become sick even though the pepperonis have not been opened and just came from the store the only option they have besides vegetables is chicken or turkey for the pizza unless you eat pork I have spoken with the managers about this and have never had any problem with them they said that it was fine but whenever I go in and the employees are there they always want to give me problems with it
Wow! some of the best GF pizza I've ever had. it's a build-your-own spot. As many toppings as you want for $8.99 plus $4 for gf crust. they ask if gf is preference or allergy, change gloves, make it in a separate area, go above and beyond to make sure no cross contamination. They've even got Daiya vegan cheese if you are DF! The crust is a nice crispy thin crust which I love. Wine available and sports on the tv, this place fits the bill for anybody. Had the pizza many times, never been sick.
Most people wanting to avoid gluten can eat anything we serve except for our White and Wheat Dough, our Meatballs(which contain bread crumbs), and our Italian Sausage. All of our 60 other toppings are good to eat for those avoiding gluten. As we work in a flour environment, it is possible that there may be trace amounts of flour amung our toppings. Our team would be happy to change their glove upon request if you are highly allergic. Since we do work around flour all day, we strongly recommend your dining choices wisely.
