The best! Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about celiac. Pizza’s are prepared separately in the back with separate toppings. Although the pizza is put into an open fire oven with regular pizza, it is first placed on a gluten free baking tray so that it doesn’t touch any of the contaminated area. It’s a go to for our family.

I have never tried Your Pie Pizza, until I found out about their GF options. I got a BBQ chicken ranch pizza on their GF crust, and the mobile ordering process let me specify if it was an allergy or preference. The food was so good!

Very knowledgeable. If you have a gluten allergy they make your order in the back separately. I felt safe eating here.

Have eaten there twice and been completely satisfied each time. The staff is aware of celiac and they use special handling in a separate area to prepare the gluten free crust. They have hand made salad when the prepared ones had croutons in them.

Staff is very knowledgeable about cross contamination. When ordering gluten free the employee writes down the toppings you want on your pizza and assembles it in the back. It is cooked in the same oven but on a tin baking sheet and covered so it does not touch the oven. It is cut with a different pizza cutter. I feel very safe eating here! Not to mention it is delicious!

Very nice about it; let them know it’s an allergy not a preference and they will make the pizza in the back where it is not in a contaminated area up front. they also have small packaged ceaser salads (no croutons) and of course the gelato is GF

They asked if it was allergy or preference. They made the GF pizzas in the back. The restaurant had the serve safe allergy certificates displayed. 3 gelato flavors were GF! Great food and service.

The staff seemed knowledgeable about cross contamination and separate cooking areas, which is great and appreciated! I did not get sick. However the pizza had no flavor at all. Unlikely I will eat here again.
