Review of Your Pie Pizza

Very knowledgeable staff. They make Celiac pizzas in the back in an uncontaminated area and put it in the oven on an aluminum tray. I have watched the manager have them remake a celiac pizza when someone didn't change gloves after touching a flour pizza.
