This is an excellent, dedicated gluten-free waffle spot. You can get savory or sweet waffles; both types are very tasty. I would highly recommend. This restaurant is a great lunch spot, and is very close to Notre Dame and isle de la cite, so is perfect to go to after a morning trip.
