Ils ont un protocole pour les gens cœliaques. Ils prennent leur temps pour les préparer sans contamination. On doit attendre un peu pour la préparation, mais ils font vraiment attention! Je recommande 😇

Very good sushi. I told them I was celiac and they knew what to offer. The food was very good and very careful about cross contamination. My order was in différent container and bags clearly marked with GF in sharpy over.

La dame m’a dit qu’elle ne peut garantir que les ingrédients n’ont pas eu de contacte avec le gluten donc, risque de contamination croisée présent.

Ils disent faire régulièrement des sushis sans gluten et connaître les mesures à prendre. Prévoir plus de temps que pour une commande standard (ce qui est normal). À fur et à mesure de ma commande, elle pouvait me dire s’ils pouvaient faire le sushi demandé. Peuvent substituer les wontons pour des « chips » en morceaux. Ne peuvent pas faire ceux avec du goberge.
