Had good experience there. Asked about the vinegar used for the sushi rice and the staff showed me the list of ingredients on the box and it was safe. (please confirm since it can change) I mentionned that I'm celiac and they cleaned the surface, change gloves. They also used a cling wrap between the mat and the sushi. No gf soya sauce available.
