Great information from the restaurant before we ordered... they told me (via Facebook that "We have gluten free dough and everything is made in separate pans with separate utensils and knives. There is flour in our prep kitchen, so we are not a completely flour-free facility." Delicious food.
Za has gluten free pizza crust (on a metal tray) and dedicated kitchen space. Just thought I’d let everyone know, since it’s not on the menu
