Update on celiac safety: as of Aug 2021, everything is GF. (coconut + almond flour.) I think they pulled croissants and other non-GF stuff from the menu.
The coffee is from Cloudland Coffee Roasters- pretty good. Their focus is definitely on low-carb/ sugar-free baking. It’s a fantastic option for diabetics and those on a keto diet and I’m so glad it’s here. The sugar replacement they use is called Swerve, an erithritol blend. For those of us who are celiac without other dietary restrictions, you may find it lacking in flavor. On the bright side, I did not feel guilty after eating cake for breakfast :)
Rating this a 5 for safety because it’s a great safe option for gluten free. If you are on a hunt for the tastiest, sugar-filled GF muffin I’d go elsewhere.
