Amazing salad selections! I had the Greek and the lemon vinaigrette was fantastic. Did not try pizza so cannot comment on it.

Not gluten friendly I was in line and asked the girl cutting pizza what was the protocol for gluten free and she said to me I just wipe off the knife with a wet towel I couldn't believe it so she said just tell the cashier to write gluten allergy I told her you are supposed to use clean utensils and a separate place for gluten free food so she told me to have the cashier to write it down well the cashier said they are supposed to have a separate place and clean utensils and she should know that well it's apparent she didn't care and I was sick afterwards so even if they offer gluten free it's the cook who cares that matters

We came here based on the reviews, and we're very disappointed.. while they have a gluten free crust, there is no separate pan for baking.. so cross contamination is a huge issue. There salad was good though.

My daughter has Celiac. Before we went to Zaza in Conway I called to get a feel for how they deal with cc. The man I talked to was very knowledgeable, and remembered our conversation when my family came to eat. The GF crust was wonderful, my daughter loved it, and she did not have any type of reaction. This restaurant will definitely be a "go to" for us.

I have celiac and have eaten at Zaza's a countless amount of times without a problem. The pizza is fantastic. The salads have a huge chance of cross contamination though, and I don't feel comfortable taking the risk. The pizza is seriously bomb asf. This place was my saving grace when I was living in Conway.

it's not possible to have the pizza as it is gluten free but made in the same oven so i wouldn't. they have salads which are fine but celiacs are sick of salads lol

Very friendly staff. Clean and relaxed environment. Amazing food!

Most salads are GF. Trendy, tasty place to eat. GF Pizza Crust too. Staff was knowledgeable and ready to look up if there were questions.
