Legit the best gf pizza we’ve ever had. We had the kindest server, who took the time to explain their process to avoid cross contact.
The crust is prepackaged and they clean everything before prepping for a gf crust if it’s an allergy or celiac, bake it on a separate tray, use clean gloves and also a clean slicer. I asked if it was at all possible to use ingredients from the fridge so there was less chance of cross contact and they did.
I got half olive oil base with pesto, parm and tomato, holy smokes it was amazing, and our little wanted cheese and black olive. Hubs got the mushroom on a gf crust so we could share. He’s not celiac and actually preferred the gf crust over our friends regular crust.
No one got sick, there’s always a risk for cross contact unless you’re eating at a dedicated gf restaurant, but I felt very safe here.
They have one of the best gluten free pizza crusts I have had since being diagnosed a decade ago - kind of a crusty semi deep dish. And the staff seemed very conscientious about cross contamination, noting they cleaned the prep space and even the pizza cutter/knife. Also had a good cider on draft.
Their gluten free pizza is NOT gluten free! They've glutened my husband twice now. No more. Zaw's GF crust isn't as tasty but at least it hasn't ever made my husband bedridden for days!
The local favorite pizza place now has a house made GF crust! Finally! It is a thin crust, good but tends to come out pretty crunchy, but the typical Zeeks toppings make it a winner! No GF beer options for the dad but a pretty good cider.
I’ve eaten here three times. The first two times I had no issues. I love the topping combinations they offer. However, the last time I felt like they weren’t careful about cross contamination. If my family wanted to go there I would probably order a salad. I love the fact they have Ghost Fish Gluten Free Beer (Seattle). You can trust the beer!!
