The chef has been teaching Gluten free cooking for 10 years and the manager herself is a Celiac and dairy free so everything is take seriously!!

Gluten Intolerant

My daughter was recently diagnosed gluten intolerant. We found this little gem of a place while in Boise. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The food was amazing. Gluten free bread is hit and miss. Their bread was the best we have had on our search for gluten gluten free options. Thank you for creating such a great experience.

This is a wonderful place to have lunch. They are open from 11-2 Monday through Friday. The staff is very educated on gluten free. They take allergies seriously. Many salad options. And have gf bread to make their sandwiches. Breakfast items can be made to be gf as well. Several drink options to choose from if you want an adult beverage. Highly recommend
