Very disappointing, given the good reviews here. We told the waitress 3 of us 4 are celiac, needing GF. The menu is clearly marked, so we ordered and each restated "gluten free" at the end of each entrée.

My salad came as ordered, but the others arrived including egg rolls right on the other items. They didn't look GF so we waited to ask. Then the waitress came back and said the egg rolls are not GF. So those were risky plates and some very sloppy work. They come with many supposedly GF entrées!

Other than that, the food was just mediocre. Portions were large, but meat quality and sauces all tasted little better than from a can. The lettuce and vegetables seemed fresh though. probably they just need better recipes.

Wonderful!! I was looking for a quick, takeout and had the Jamaican Chicken rice bowl and they have a lot of gf options! Fast food but great quality!

Chose this place based on the Gf reviews and it delivered!! Amazing food. Couldn’t eat it all I was so stuffed. I got the pulled pork nachos and a side of Gf Mac salad. Amazing! The waitress was careful to note everything

Lots of GF options marked on the menu. Shrimp tacos were amazing! Staff was knowledgeable and food was marked GF when came to our table.

We actually ate at the express location in Bettendorf (Middle Road). Menu seemed to be the same, just a smaller footprint with a focus on carry out.

At least 80% of the menu is GF. I got the Hawaiian pulled pork nachos with GF macaroni salad. My dad got the regular macaroni salad. Both looked really similar but they marked which one was GF. Really good food and I'm glad most of the menu is GF. Would come here again.

The tacos are typically flour but they have corn too. The food was spicy, delicious and I will definitely come back the next time I'm going thru the quad cities. I haven't tried too many new places recently but gluten aside this was the first time in forever that the food exceed my expectations.

My husband found this restaurant, and it’s way out of his comfort zone. Yes this restaurant is gluten-free and yes the food is amazing. But I also have a soy allergy, the chef came out sat down with me and went over everything on the menu I could have and created the most amazing entrée. It was a huge salad with black beans grilled shrimp and his signature pulled pork. and instead of doing the dressing he gave me six lines that I could squeeze on it. The flavor profile with all of it sounds like it shouldn’t work but it did, it really really did! I would highly recommend anyone and everyone to stop here at Zeke’s Island Cafe!

The majority of their menu is gluten free, so instead of marking the gluten free items, they actually mark the items that contain gluten. I ate there with zero issue, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious, would definitely recommend!!

I don't need to be GF, but traveled to Davenport with a friend with nearly life-long wheat allergies. So we went to Zeke's because of their reputation for having a lot of GF options.

It turned out to be a FANTASTIC choice as the food was excellent, the surroundings friendly, and the service friendly.

The nachos were a meal in themselves, but we had them as an app and split a dinner - everything was delicious.

I read on here about a problem with the fries but they don’t have fries anymore.. on the menu it’s listed GF for the things that are but I’d still be cautious. I had nachos with this great Huli huli chicken it was delicious.

Just left and the staff was NOT knowledgeable about GF at all. Menu has the fries and nachos listed GF but both are cooked with the shrimp and definitely not GF. They were very kind and admitted they were undereducated but I left without ordering.

Zeke's has a great gluten free menu. Pretty much everything is gluten free. The fries however are in the same fryer as shrimp. I had BBQ pork with rice and beans. No gluten free alcohol other than rum.

I just eat at Zeke's today for the first time. I read the reviews and was very hopeful. OMG, I will go back again and again. I had the Jamaican Jerk Chicken and it was GREAT. The Cole Slaw was Awesome!!! I have Celiac Disease they took care of me with no issues. Great Place if I could I would give you and extra star!!!!

This place is amazing!! The food is awesome and they are so welcoming to the fact I have celiac and extra precautions are taken. The address is wrong on here. It has moved to The top of Harrison street on the way downtown.

Really, really yummy place. I was so happy to be eating some tasty jerk chicken!! Everything we tried was great! Very friendly staff and can't wait to go back. I have celiac and The only slight concern I have is that the coleslaw is right next to the macaroni salad so it could easily be cross contaminated if somebody dropped a piece of macaroni salad and coleslaw. Other than that they seem extremely knowledgeable on the gluten-free front. The fryer is a common dryer so no fried food for celiacs!!!

The Big Kahuna Nachos were awesome!! Tell them you have to have GF & they make it happen 😊 I'm not Celiac I have severe asthmatic reaction so it HAS to be GF

Owner is very knowledgable about GFree options. I have spoken in depth with him and his staff understands. GFree items are clearly marked on the menu. I have never gotten sick eating here which is weekly..enjoyable atmosphere, and delicious non-bar food!! Fresh and homemade every day!
