This quick serve restaurant has a dedicated fryer for the Mediterranean fries and falafel. The staff was knowledgeable about GF food handling. We had hummus and they wrapped the pita separately for us and provided celery and carrots instead for GF dipping. We had the chicken and lamb kebabs with basmati rice and salad. Food was tasty and I did not get sick after the meal.
The owner is very conscious of cross-contamination and accommodating for gluten allergies and Celiac. Our family had trays of food catered and the owner was careful to prepare the gluten free items separately and I had no issues getting glutened.
