They make their gf pizza dough from scratch using an Italian gf flour mix. It is probably one of, if not the best gf pizza bases I have had in Melbourne, hands down. It is made in a shared kitchen however so important to be aware of this if you are a coeliac, as I am not sure if they have a separate gf preparation area. Having said that, I have not yet had any reaction after eating here. It can get noisy and is very popular with locals so book ahead at peak times!
