Review of Zhangs Chopstix

Zhangs has become a family tradition for myself and my family ever since I was diagnosed with a mild allergy to wheat (not specifically gluten). Anything Gluten free generally does not contain wheat so I've fallen into the camp of eating at places that are Gluten free to avoid explaining it's just wheat I can't have. Tasty places are hard to find, and places that are conscientious about allergies/intolerances/etc. are even harder to find.

I absolutely love Zhangs. I've only gone into mild anaphylaxis once or twice, and that was when I forgot to specify gluten free and when I think there was some cross contamination. I love this place. The food quality is beyond belief, and for gluten free it tastes amazing.
