Had bad experience - got sick before I even left the restaurant. The place was not clean so cross contamination seems likely.

Food was great & lots of GF options! I had the Sam Burger with avocado & split the fries with my bf. They have a dedicated fryer for the fries so I felt safe eating them! The burger & fries were both delicious!

Dedicated fryer. That’s a corporate policy. GF bun is not that good. I still enjoy the heck out of this place.

Burger was delicious but when the waiter was telling us about the beef options, he strongly suggested we try the kobe beef instead of the angus without mentioning the $5 up charge. The meal was expensive enough as it was.

Amazing burgers and fries but seriously slow service and expensive. They have GF rolls and have a separate fryer for French fries .

The server didn't seem to know too much except about the GF bun. When food came out they actually switched gave him the wrong burger. Only when I insisted that they go back and confirm if it is GF did they realize. My husband (the celiac) got sick after the meal.

Server was knowledgeable once I told him I have Celiac Disease. Offered me a burger on a GF bun and he said they would cook our fries in a separate fryer. Burger was really good and the atmosphere is really nice. I can see myself becoming a regular here.

Solid burger place with a dedicated fryer for French fries. The bun was soft and tasty and the burger excellently prepared. No ill effects, which is a win. Had the signature zinburger with a basket of regular fries. After a day of travel, I was not disappointed. Also has a great atmosphere and while I didn’t have anything to drink but Sprite tonight, it looks like the bar and wine list (plus happy hour specials from 3 to 6) are well appointed.

CELIACS BEWARE!

Staff is not consistently trained to handle GF food. Some people taking orders do not understand both the procedure for assuring the food is made GF or the importance of this. To most of the staff, mistakenly giving a regular bun is like forgetting to add bacon.

Update: DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOURE CELIAC. Theres no indications on the food when they serve it. My burger came out with NO CHEESE written on the top. Found that kind of odd that GF wasnt written. I asked the person taking the orders if my turkey burger was gluten free.. Her response floored me. She didn't look at anything on my order and said "yes our turkey burgers come gluten free." Sooo the person taking orders doesn't know to ring up the burgers on GF buns!?! My gf and I both opened up our wrappers, she got the seared ahi burger. And guess what?.. We had the same type of bun!

Never again! I have $12 left on a gift card and I'm going to give it away.

Friendly service, but our server offered us one round of drinks and those came out after the salad and burgers. As for the food, top notch. Only tried the turkey burger so far but it was great. Came on an Udi bun with a side of pickles. Fries are pretty good, very close to five guys. Little pricey but you get what you pay for here.

Update.. I have eaten here 4 times now and as nice as the staff can be they make a massive amount of mistakes with each order. This last order was the tipping point...3rd time in a row. Ordered a turkey burger no cheese and pickles. Came with a massive amount of cheese, no tomatoes and the container of pickles had 2 little slices in it.
