The menu clearly states that they do not take precautions against cross contamination in the kitchen and that people with celiac might not want to eat here.

Sadly disappointed. You cannot post things on your menu as gluten free when they are fried in the same oil with non gluten free items. That makes them unsafe for people with gluten allergies..

They served my Celiac three year old a regular bun when we specified that he needed a gluten free bun.

Amazing food! They have their GF options marked on the menu, have the most amazing GF hamburger buns, & very understanding staff!
GF friendly, so many options and food and service was great!

The gf buns taste good although do fall apart easily (don't get too many toppings on your burger!) but the fries are in a dedicated dryer and you can get truffle fries which are delicious! Never been sick, staff is well aware. My burger once came out with a gluten bun, the server immediately saw it and grabbed it before I even had a chance to say something. They made me a brand new burger free of charge :). My go to place with my boyfriend!
They have many GF options and everything is marked on the menu. The staff is very knowledgable.

They have a gluten free bun now!! Best. Day. Ever. And they have a dedicated frier for the fries! Upgrade your beef to Koby. You won't regret it! :)
The staff was knowledgable with the gluten free allergy. They offered to make gluten free fries and make burgers with lettuce bun. The salads are amazing! Highly recommend

Solid burger place with a dedicated fryer for French fries. The bun was soft and tasty and the burger excellently prepared. No ill effects, which is a win. Had the signature zinburger with a basket of regular fries. After a day of travel, I was not disappointed. Also has a great atmosphere and while I didn’t have anything to drink but Sprite tonight, it looks like the bar and wine list (plus happy hour specials from 3 to 6) are well appointed.

CELIACS BEWARE!
Staff is not consistently trained to handle GF food. Some people taking orders do not understand both the procedure for assuring the food is made GF or the importance of this. To most of the staff, mistakenly giving a regular bun is like forgetting to add bacon.
