We have been here a handful of times. The chef has made us homemade ketchup before due to other food allergies, but the wait staff is hot or miss. Get a waiter/ess that cares and you have a good chance. We have had serious cross contamination issues. Also avoid is you have a soy allergy as they use it in their fryers.... We found out the hard way even after talking to the manager about our soy allergy
