Horrible experience. My mom who has celiac and is very active in telling restaurants about allergies has been coming here almost daily for months and ordering their fries. The other day they finally told her the fryer is shared, and claimed they’d never given anyone with an allergies the fries. I also was given a bowl that was marked on the menu as GF that came with vegan sausage, and was very clear that I have severe celiac and explained it as a wheat allergy as well. I checked with the waiter when served and made sure the allergy was marked on the receipt. I got extremely sick within hours of eating, and when I called, they repeatedly put me and my family on 15 minute holds and lied multiple times to avoid telling us the sausage they used was in fact not at all gluten free and the main ingredient was wheat. Disappointed in their lack of safety and trying to avoid honest communication in the aftermath.
Emphasize gluten allergy with your order (if needed), and they’re usually pretty great and they have delicious food.
