It’s a nicer establishment if you plan to dine in but you can get it to go too.
I ordered a pizza, they have a separate oven for the gluten free pizzas, waitress was very helpful explaining their handling of GF crust in the back.
Tasted great, no symptoms, hiked a 14er the next day! (I meant to post this earlier, from August)
Pretty knowledgeable about celiac and gf options. Overall quite tasty meal with good service.
They can make pretty much all the pasta and pizza gf, have separate pizza prep area and separate water/strainer for pasta. Also modified apps with gf bread cut with separate knife. Some unique pasta options like elk sausage which was a treat.
A nice little Italian restaurant. They brought out slices of GF bread for us and were very attentive to our celiac needs. The pasta is a fettuccine style, which is a great change of pace from penne. The halibut with saffron risotto was delicious; naturally GF. We also had a margherita pizza.
Offered GF bread and they have GF pasta (from a box, not homemade). I think they also have GF pizza but I didn’t get. Food was good, they did take extreme care and my food took an extra 10 minutes because they changed out the pasta water. Several things able to be modified. Did not get sick, highly recommend.
