Our food order arrived way later than other customer groups who came in after us, and ordered similar food items. When I enquired about it, I was told that the kitchen forgot about our order and we should not complain since they were “very busy”. Now, as a customer I can understand that mistakes happen during peak hours, but the fact that we were kept in the dark and asked not to complain was rude and not appreciated. The manager said they are great with service 99% of time but does not care about the 1% of bad service. I hope you do not end up in that 1%.

Great pizza and fresh ingredients with a very knowledgeable staff and incredible service. GF Pizzas are cooked in a special pan, special utensils are utilized, along with separate cheese and toppings to avoid cross contamination. One of the best dining experiences we had while staying in Springdale.
