Amazing staff!
When you walk in they ask for any allergies.
You can walk in but to be safer you can make a booking online.
They hand you an iPad with the menu dedicated for your allergy, you order from there.
They place an “allergy table” bottle so staff know.
There were more options for pizza than pasta but the pizza was gorgeous.
Good restaurant for a coeliac. Lots of options available in pastas and pizzas. Sign on table indicating someone at it had an allergy and food came with a sticker on the side of the plate so waiters and customers knew which was GF. They gave me a menu on an IPAD with only suitable items from the menu on it. Waiter was so lovely.
They had a few gluten free items, two different pizzas, many pasta options, and two different gf desserts. Knowledgeable staff. Delicious food!

A terrific restaurant! They have a whole menu dedicate to gluten free food and the staff are very knowledgable towards coeliacs! I highly recommend this restaurant!

Dined here on a fairly busy evening. Any allergies was checked before we were seated, after saying I was coeliac I was given a comprehensive chart detailing the allergens on the menu items. The chart was easy to read, although noted that possible cross contaminations are listed further over on the table so worth checking this section too.
The waitress also checked what my allergy was before taking our food orders.
Gluten free pasta is available and the allergen menu notes that this comes in its own packet and is cooked separately, to order.
I had the chorizo carbonara and it was lovely. The service was good, and attentive despite how busy the restaurant was.
Wir wurden bereits bei der Ankunft nach Allergien gefragt. Ich erhielt ein Tablet, worauf alle Allergien markiert werden konnten und anschliessend die Menüauswahl erfolgte. Die Auswahl war gross und vielfältig. Es gibt glutenfreie Pizzas, Pasta und vieles mehr. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und das Essen wurde schnell serviert. Definitiv eine Empfehlung wert.
Very coeliac friendly and they were very understanding and food was delicious
Zizzi is a safe go-to chain for me, knowledgeable staff as always. Physical allergen matrix folder if you ask. Meals come out with flags on the plate so no risk of mix ups. Gluten free beer too! Tasty
Brilliant experience and knowledge among staff. I had a 3 course meal with no worries and it was delicious. They do use some of the same fryers but are aware of cross contamination
