Not Celiac friendly at all. I order from the "gluten free" menu and mentioned my Celiac's. The cashier was very helpful and reassured me but whoever works in the kitchen didn't care at all. I have literally never been sicker since my diagnosis.

I got glutened. I felt sick before I even left the restaurant. I had the chicken kebabs with rice and hummus. I even asked the staff to change gloves before they handled my food. I know it's hard with a chain restaurant and I've heard good things about this one but today wasn't a good GF day.

I work around the corner from this location, and tho it's very near Downtown Phx, I know of very few options for GF lunch nearby. That said, Zoe's and Chipotle are my typical lunch choices. Besides salads, the have a hummus plate, chicken kabobs, and my fav is the protein power plate. I feel pretty safe eating here and have never been x-contaminated.

Have eaten here several times in the last few months. Recently updated menu shows gluten free items, although staff is not terribly knowledgeable about items and cross contamination.

Restaurant was dirty the last time I was there, several unclean tables and restroom needed attention.

I used to really like eating at Zoe's but the last 3 or 4 times I've tried to eat there I have had problems. They are always very busy and it seems they struggle to fulfill their orders. Last time I went I ordered a cup of tomato basil soup (waited at least 15 minutes for it) and there were bread crumbs on the plate next to my soup. So basically they saw that it was supposed to be gf after they made it and took off the toast. When I questioned it they got an attitude and took it back to the kitchen very unhappily. Their restaurant is also very dirty, and it's hard to find a place to sit where there isn't food all over the floor and tables. I think they need new management desperately.

Not sure if things have changed but was told today that chicken is grilled on same surface as bread so wouldn’t be celiac safe
