If I could give this 10 stars I would.
Consistently great food and service. Staff is very knowledgeable. I have eaten at this restaurant too many times to remember. I have never gotten sick.- Celiac since ‘09

Went to Zona 78 for dinner last night. I was a little nervous at first, but after talking to the server (Mia), I felt better. They cook pasta in separate water from the gluten pasta, pizza crust is cooked in separate pans, and the kitchen takes proper precautions to ensure the area is clean prior to cooking a gluten free dish. I had a pizza that was delicious (a cauliflower based crust that was actually really good), and no signs of cross contamination!

Only GF options were pizza and salad. Salad was fine, but the GF pizza was burned, and it took too long to come out in the first place. Maybe someone else will have better luck here, but we're not coming back.
Yes
Good food but over priced for gf. I'm tired over excessive up-charges on gf items. $3.50 on pasta (which wasn't very good) and $5 for a pizza. $19 for a personal pizza seems excessive, especially when I wasn't overly full afterwards. What really got me is that they add the full up-charge to kids meals.
At those prices I'd rather go to Renee’s Organic Oven just down the road which has a much better pizza.
Good news is that I wasn't sick afterwards like I am at a lot of places that claim to have gf pizza.
