awesome soups, although there is a limited amount that those who are gluten free can enjoy. All of their soups are labeled. My favorite is the chicken tortilla soup, or the chili!
They have a variety of soups made fresh daily with about half that are gluten free. Today I had a summer (cold) gazpacho soup that was very yummy! They also have salads

Employees were helpful to let me know what I could eat safely and double checked ingredients as they prepared my order.
Rotating selection daily. There were 5 gluten free options today! They have gluten free bread for the sandwiches, but they use a shared oven. But they were very knowledgeable and caring and asked if it could go in the shared oven. They also have very easily marked vegan, vegetarian and dairy free options.
They have a number of GF soups. I tried the white chicken chili, and it was pretty good. They also have GF focaccia for sandwiches, but they use a shared toaster for toasting, so it is not celiac safe.
Ordered the hearty been soup. Spicy like a chili and filling. It was a good change from all the heavy food I had been eating while in Denver.
