This is one of my regulars. Always get the half chicken a-la-carte with hot sauce and never gotten sick once. Tell them you have a gluten allergy and they know what to do.
Honestly one of the most tasty fast casual gluten free meals I have ever had. And they knew what precautions to take, and I didn’t get sick. Highly recommend!

Lots of gluten free options and staff is knowledgeable! I got a Zulu burger with a gf bun (udis I think) and my husband got grilled chicken with rice and a curry sauce. Never got sick!
This place has several GF options and was DELICIOUS! Plus they have an awesome story of why they got started and provide meals for children in Africa.
Great place with lots of gluten free options!! Basically their whole menu is gluten free except for the fried chicken and bun. Their fries are cooked in a separate fryer. I tried the salad and my husband tried the bowl. Both were good but I would defiantly go with the bowl next time. The rice in it is soo good! It was fun to finally have a different ethnicity to choose from for gluten free food!!
