Very knowledgeable wait staff and kitchen. They understand cross contamination and will guide you away from it.

Separate gluten free menu, and the staff was knowledgeable and attentive.
It felt a little overbearing but that’s better than unsafe!
The corn was phenomenal, and had two sushi rolls that were great. Gluten free soy sauce was brought.

Zuma is in a great location in the EPIC Hotel along the Miami River. It can be very difficult to park nearby though, and valet is pretty slow. The restaurant has nice indoor and outdoor seating on the river, where you can see the yachts/boats pass by. The food is excellent and the service is typically very good as well. They have a separate gluten-free menu and gluten-free soy sauce.

Very expensive! Located in the Epic hotel. We called ahead, made reservations for lunch which runs from 12-3pm (free valet parking until 4pm, otherwise it's $20). Ordered the Calamari. GF Calamari - can you believe it? AND it was the BEST Calamari I've ever had in my life! The sushi was OK. Nothing mind-blowing but I haven't had sushi since I found out I had Celiac's so I'll take it. The main courses were also OK. I mean delicious, but for the price....
But the dessert was phenomenal! We had the Cocoa-Earl Grey-Soybean cake ....thing. Amazing. AND I'm not sick (which is rare for someone so sensitive!)
Yes
A great restaurant in itself of course - and they catered very well to my gluten allergy - they have a list of menu items that are safe - they were very knowledgeable - I had not had fried calamari in a year - there's was done in potato starch and gluten free!
