No gf menu. Everything from wings to fries is deep fried in the same oil so I was able to put the salmon entree and yellow rice together and have food.

Waitress knew I needed a gluten free meal, my salad came with bread on my plate.

She then proceeded to tell me that she did not put the words “gluten free” on the “ticket”

I read on google that this establishment has a gluten free menu but I didn’t ask for it when I arrived. I just looked at the build your own salad, ordered from there, and got salmon as my protein on top. The salmon was perfect and wasn’t basted in anything just seasoned and I didn’t have a reaction. Enjoyed it a lot!

We decided to go here based on their website saying they had a gluten-friendly menu. Upon being seated, we asked about this menu and were told there was no menu so the manager came over. The manager was of no help and seemed to have no knowledge of any gluten free options. He even claimed that many items would be gluten free when it was clear there could be many issues with those items. We were able to get a grilled chicken breast plain with some steamed rice. It was good but very bland. Will not be returning due to the inconsistencies and lack of knowledge from management.

Came here based off the other review (my bad). Arrived at the restaurant and asked about the GF menu. They said due to the pandemic they cut back on their offerings and no longer have gluten free. Waitress didn’t know what gluten was. I got the Salmon and a side salad. Paid the price for it as I was glutened. Do not recommend.

The only gluten-free option here was possibly a salad. I was very disappointed because it’s listed in the Find Me GF gluten free app and it says they have a gluten-free menu. They were no help at all.

Great service and waitress was very helpful ordering. Separate gluten free menu. I had the planked salmon with yellow rice. Delicious! Highly recommended eating here.

I ate here on Halloween and waited a few days to make sure I didn't get sick. Everything I ate was amazing! I let the server know I had Celiac, the manager came by the table and I let him know also. They have a designated GF menu, I had tuna, steamed shrimp and two different flatbread pizzas. I've never been a fan of cauliflower crust but it was so good when I tried it I ordered one to go for my lunch the next day. I will definitely eat here again when I am in the Aberdeen/Southern Pines area. There is not a designated fryer and the staff let me know so any reviews about this place and getting sick that say they had fries I guarantee that was the culprit.

Even with a burger with no bun and baked potato still got very sick. Tried again and even a salad from the gluten friendly menu they had gluten in!!!!

Definitely has gluten in either seasoning or cross contamination from fries. I had a burger without bun and requested no seasoning (though burger appeared to be seasoned). I also had fries. I informed staff that I have gluten and dairy allergies and would have gladly ordered something different if anything in my order was a problem. Instead I found out later with severe stomach cramps etc that the food contained gluten somewhere, most likely seasoning or fries. Do yourself a favor and avoid this restaurant.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff! Loved their menu options!

The waitress was very knowledgeable about food allergies. The chef was willing to cook me salmon and asparagus that were both gluten and dairy free. The salmon was delicious. It was very fresh and tasted so much better than Outback. I recommend this restaurant plus there is a Charming Charlie’s next door.

Small gluten friendly menu but the cedar plank smoked salmon was superb! My daughter loved her bunless burger too. Knowledgeable staff and very entertaining atmosphere-

Limited options and those were only tagged "gluten friendly" I basically had a hamburger w/o the bun and a side salad. The manager assured me that he would make sure the cook took measures to not cross contaminate the meat on the grill and change utensils, etc but I did not get a sense that they truly grasped what was needed to have a GF dish. We only risked it because it was the only non fast food place open when we arrived in town. I did not get sick, which is why I gave it three stars but the food and service were just so-so.

I have always loved their food. After being diagnosed Celiac, I was thrilled to see a gluten free menu and 2 gf beer options!

Limited menu. Build your own salad is an excellent option! Several protein options including salmon, ahi tuna and you can get an 8oz burger ! Friendly staff :) Gluten Friendly menu. Waitress informed the kitchen to make sure they were mindful.
