I don’t know what everyone else’s experience was but if you’re nice and patient they’ll help you. At my location i’m always offered the fit option which is on a salad. I obviously add cheese and a over easy egg which makes for a great meal. Celiac disease is frustrating but it’s important to understand that the awareness factor is not up to par yet. The more cool, calm, and collected we are makes it easier for employees to help us.
The waitstaff was very nice until I said the word gluten and then became unresponsive and dumbfounded. They were clueless and made no attempt to find out if the burger I had asked about was gluten free. On top of this, one yelp review response from corporate mentioned their cheese wasn’t gf (tf?). One thing for the waitstaff not to know. This establishment takes it to a whole other level when there is not allergen information (and conflicting information) online. Extremely disappointed that bobby freaking flay isn’t doing better.
Called this location because I found reviews online saying they had dedicated fryers for their fries. The guy on the phone answered immediately that they don’t separate the onion rings into different fryers so there is cross contamination. BUT they’ll substitute salad greens for 50cents more instead of the bun. Truthfully I like that they provide an option, but seriously? I’d rather have the bun can ya not charge me 50cents for some greens I’m not even gonna eat?
Last four times they were out of GF buns. Don't put it on the menu if you never carry them!!
Awful. Went here with our kids based on this website. Girl at the counter didn't know what gluten free meant. I asked if she could check and see if the burgers were gluten free and she asked the kitchen and came back saying we're not sure. Inexcusable. If celiac, do not eat here
Agree with others, the person taking our order at the front had no interest in fielding my GF questions and it was like she had never heard the word gluten. Being familiar with the menu from a location in MA, I took my chances and had a good tasting dinner. Didn't feel glutened and I am very sensitive.
This location at Arundel Milld the staff specifically told me was not Gluten Free.
Food was good. Front desk(where you actually place your order) staff was clueless and very unpleasant. Clearly customers were not interesting to her. It was not just the ones with questions. Once seated, we had an exceptional waiter, but the order was already fired at that point. Even though it is a chain, I expected more with the "Bobby Flay" name attached.
Decent burger. No dedicated fryer. When I asked about ingredients the staff didn't seem to understand what I was asking. Granted the ingredients I needed were relatively simple. But not helpful. Order the bunless burger salad to get the best bang for your buck. Or drive across the street to b good for fries and a bun :)
Good food but the last 2 times I got bad service at the counter... that would be OK if they had any knowledge of what gluten meant. Also no indications on their menu. I got blank stares and no offerings of a manager or chef.. BUT I ordered topless burgers and no signs of a reaction..
I suspect they are staying clear of GF advertising for liability reasons...
Food was good. Staff was able to answer or look up the answer to my gluten free questions. Love the dedicated fryers so I can actually eat the fries!
Dedicated fryers for french fried potatoes, sweet potato fries, which are awesome and are served with special sauces that happen to be gluten free as well! Any burger (angus beef, turkey, or boneless chicken) can be ordered "topless" (no bun) on a bed of baby greens with balsamic dressing. Delicious and gluten free. The cactus pear frozen margarita is really delicious too.
