Separate area for GF prep where only designated individuals are allowed. I didn't get sick and they took everything very seriously and assured me it was no big deal and let me watch the prep. They changed gloves and washed their hands and the food tasted amazing. Separate GF menu available if you ask for it, but the staff are well versed and can tell you which items are safe or not.

Staff was knowledgeable about gluten ingredients. Food tasted great. Gf bun fell apart while eating. They did put cheese on one of the gluten free Burgers even though we did not ask for it and they are a celiac with a dairy allergy. They changed gloves and bagged each person's order separately.

This was the best burger I have ever had. The gluten free buns don’t fall apart and the burger was so juicy. They have a gluten free fryer so I could have fries or sweet potato fries, which are also very good. The place was very clean and the service was so nice and also very fast.

Super great! They knew everything about cross contamination and were very willing to get new bins of everything to make sure there was no cross contact. They offered gluten free buns and toasted them in a separate toaster. They also had a separate fryer for fries. It was delicious!!

Good protocols, good food. Server asked if gf bun order was for allergy. Explained protocols like separate grill, gloves, wrapper etc without prompting. Only complaint is gf buns were out of stock on second visit

Staff had no idea about anything related to celiac or the gluten contents of the menu items. They told me they had a gluten free bun, but everything else had gluten in it. I told them that wasn't what the nutritional information on their website said and they said they didn't know anything about that.

This location is clearly not taking any time to invest in the training of their staff in regards to allergies or customer safety.

Can't rate the food because we didn't feel comfortable actually eating there after talking to the staff.

Gluten safety is great, the food is not.

Gluten free bun was pretty good, soggy in one spot. Fries have a dedicated fryer so those are safe as well.

The burger was dry, even with sauce on it. The milkshake was very runny, like chocolate milk, even though it’s real ice cream in it. The fries were way too salty and some of the toppings I ordered weren’t on the burger.

Such a great experience. Bun is $1.10 more but it’s delicious. They have a separate toaster and even have separate toppings and burger is put together in a separate area. Dedicated fryer for the fries.

I was literally tearing up as my burger was being prepared. From the moment I asked “do you have gluten free buns?” to when my meal was placed on the tray, each employee took great care (without me having to say anything other than I’m celiac!) each team member changed their gloves before preparing my meal and handling it in any way. The counter was wiped before my burger wrap was placed on the counter. And when I ordered the waffle fries (not thinking…) the manager quickly told me they were not gf but the regular fries were. I made sure to thank the team as it was so nice to not have to explain my condition and what is required to eat safely. They were all trained and knew what it required. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for any celiac with a burger craving.

I eat here frequently and typically get a burger on a gluten free bun with fries. Friendly staff and great food. They have amazing food preparation protocols in place when preparing gluten free foods. A separate gluten free toaster on a side counter, separate toppings for the burger that are covered for safety. A dedicated fryer for the fries. They change their gloves when handling my food. I feel very safe when eating here and I have never been sick.

Just walked in and asked if their veggie burger was gluten free and they said it isn’t. On the corporate website they say they offer two veggie options (and one is gluten free) so I guess this location doesn’t stock both options.

Absolutely fantastic. I said I had Celiac and right away the manager came out and walked me through everything. They were so knowledgeable about cross contamination. Asked me if I had any questions or concerns. Took toppings from new containers, checked that everything I wanted was gluten free. Took care with new gloves, whipped surfaces, everything. My order was prepared alone without others. They also have a great website that lists all the allergens. Had a delicious gluten free burger and fries. Felt taken care of and that they genuinely cared about my order. Will be back.

Staff was knowledgeable about ingredients and took time to mark my order gluten free. Burgers are prepped at a separate station and they have totally separate burger toppings from the main "buffet-style" topping bar, lessening the risk of cross contamination. GF bun was really tasty, a bit like a corn dog wrapper! Definitely felt safe eating here.

They take their food preparation seriously and try to minimize cross contamination as much as they can. Fryers are not contaminated, they switch gloves before touching the gf bun and putting it in a separate toaster too. Burger toppings are all grabbed from a separate side as well.

Had great service at this location they asked if the gluten free order was for an allergy and when I said yes they took the burger toppings from closed containers in the fridge instead of from the counter where all other burgers are dressed. They also brought me the salad dressing bottle so I could check the ingredients myself when they could tell me for sure it was gluten free. Very happy with the caution taken and the service recieved. I can't comment on cross contamination because my daughter is so new to celiac she hasn't healed enough to have a noticable reaction.

Sometimes takes too long for them to get my food ready and one time they had no soap in either bathroom, but they do have gluten free buns and will prepare fresh non-contaminated toppings. I wasn’t too confident with the single burger tongs used to transfer the patty to the buns though.

This South St. is pretty good! My family and I have gone here plenty of times and the staff is usually very kind and accommodating. However, there has been a few times where they have not been completely happy about accommodating our disease (visibly annoyed). They have the burgers on the same counter as the gluten buns but they will switch gloves and use ingredients from the bottom if you ask.
