Excited to have a Roam in Marin County! Same great gluten free options as their other locations! My kid loves the burgers and fries. It’s always super busy though!

Had a great time dining here. They offered a gluten free bun that had a great texture, a lot better than Udi’s! I’m not 100% sure on the safety of the fried sides, but I risked it and was fine :)
I love this place. All the fried stuff is gluten free, they are very knowledgeable and take good precautions. I have been there 4-5 times and never had any issues.

This is an excellent find. Enjoyed a French N’ Fries Burger with Butter Lettuce wrap. They have gluten free buns, but I opted for something lighter. Fantasticly delicious!
The man who took my order understood what celiac is, immediately went to talk to the kitchen after taking my order. They emphasized that they can’t guarantee zero cross contamination due to the nature of a mixed kitchen, but they take appropriate precautions. Loved my chicken sandwich (big bun that didn’t fall apart!) and the fries. Will definitely return.
I got a fried chicken sandwich, the whole sandwich was great! The bun was definitely one of the best buns I’ve had.
Great burger! Good bun that didn’t fall apart - yummy fries too! Only had a bite of the gf chicken but it was phenomenal as well. Great service and clearly understand gluten free.
I have never had an issue eating here. The servers are very knowledgeable and the GF bun is the only hamburger bun I've ever had that didn't completely fall apart upon first bite. The sweet potato fries are delicious too. Awesome on all fronts.

Had good luck here. Safely enjoyed a burger on GF bun, fries, and a very fresh tasting salad. Staff seemed knowledgeable for the most part. More of a fast casual order at the counter concept than table service but they were very nice and patient with questions. Great neighborhood to walk around in and explore too if you are visiting!
They are extremely careful and have a separate fryer for GF. Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Will definitely be back.
Got the spicy chicken tenders and they were incredible! They asked me immediately if I had an allergy and were very accommodating. Portions were good except the drinks were $3.50 for a super small kiddie cup… besides that everything was excellent and would recommend to a celiac bc they have separate fryers and a lot of the food is already GF.
My fiancé (celiac) and I visited this spot and it was delicious. We had the summertime burger, fried chicken sandwich, and fries. My fiancé even had a buckwild beer and he loved it. Staff was super helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Will definitely go again.
Love this lil gem. Eaten here many times and my go-to burger spot in the city. They have dedicated friers for the fries and chicken. Also the tastiest turkey burger I’ve had in a restaurant.

Went for the first time last night. It’s a really nice counter service place with a diverse, mostly GF possible menu. We ordered two different kind of burgers with their homemade veggie patty and shared them and a side of fries. The fries were great, but a little light on the seasoning (which is a shame since we paid extra for it.) I wasn’t a huge fan of the veggie patties, which were kind of mushy and sweet and conflicted with the toppings on the burgers. Probably would be better with an impossible patty (or real meat.) Felt totally safe here, but since we don’t eat red meat, we probably won’t be back.

Had the Heritage burger with bacon, aioli, etc. Very rich umami taste with excellent bun! The fries were just ok. Not sure about safety but they asked if GF was choice or allergy

Everything here besides the buns are GF! They have ingredients on their website and show that all fries are fried in dedicated fryers. Also have really good GF chicken nuggets
There aren’t many places around here where we can get celiac-safe fries (sweet potato, regular, truffle, etc), chicken strips, burgers, and delicious Brussels sprouts, and Roam has now become a family favorite. Plus the market salad is creative and lovely and they have interesting chicken sandwiches. They do have gluten-containing buns but you can get a GF bun no prob. Highly recommend and I hope this place stays in business!!
Fantastic food! I had a grilled cheese sandwich and chicken tenders cuz these are foods I’ve been missing since my celiac diagnosis last year. Good food, well made, quality ingredients!

I was told by an employee at the front that the chicken is gluten free and it is not listed gluten free. I would be careful because they offer a gluten free bun but unsure of the safety for those with allergies or celiac.
Have never been glutened here, and have been eating here frequently since I moved to sf about a year ago. Dedicated gf fryer. They have gf chicken tenders too!!

Practically everything is/can be made Gluten Free, including all the fries and fried chicken!! Gluten free buns available for the burgers as well. This place is pricey but delicious!
Great burgers and chicken tenders - gf bun is a bit dry but it hits the spot. The entire menu is gluten free with the exception of the burger bun, which can be subbed out for a GF bun. That means you can basically order anything on the menu.. We’ve eaten there a number of times and haven’t had any issues.
Daughter (celiac) has eaten here a few times with zero issues. She only gets the chicken strips & fries. Dedicated fryer. Ask for ketchup packets (it’s Heinz).
We had eaten here multiple times successfully, but kiddo is definitely having a gluten reaction. Her bun did not have sesame seeds, which we thought meant it was GF. Clearly that’s not the case. Will try to take photos in future to better identify what the GF bun should look like.
Super knowledgeable, felt extremely safe. Everything gluten free except a couple bread buns. Even gluten free beer!

They have dedicated fryers, change gloves when asked, and the food is very good. I’ve eaten here 4-5 times and never had any cross contamination issues.
Ordered a classic burger on a Gf bun and fries takeout from Roam the other night. The manager said the fries are GF and they use rice flour on anything else that’s fried. Decent burger, really good fries. My celiac child did not have any problems. Friendly waitstaff and nice indoor/outdoor seating area.

They said they would put gluten allergy on the ticket, so I assume they did. All the food we got in our order was GF. Got SO sick afterwards. The sweet potato fries with their ranch was delicious. The burgers were disappointing, not very flavorful despite all the toppings.
The food is amazing! The service was even better. We had one overnight in San Francisco and were lost most of it lol. We got on the wrong trolley then off the bus early and as we speed walked we did our order online. It was scheduled for pickup 1 minute before they closed. They still have us amazing service and even added the GF fries we forgot to order. Leah is amazing!
Great, safe option! Lots of choices- all the chicken is marked as gluten free. We got the fries and sweet potato fries— dedicated fryer and knowledgeable staff. Next time trying a burger. Celiac safe.
Amazing burgers. Fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. Wen I asked for a gluten free burger, the guy at the counter asked if it was preference or allergy, and when I replied I had celiac he told me all about the precautions they take.

Had a great lunch there today! Lots of burger selections with great GF buns or lettuce wrap. Regular and sweet potato fries in a celiac safe fryer. What more could you ask for? Definitely grateful. Very knowledgeable about what they serve and gladly answer your questions without attitude.

The cashier at the register immediately asked if my gluten preference was an allergy and made it clear that they use a separate gf fryer for fries. I had the regular burger, sweet potato fries, and a cider — no issues — would come back again!
Didn’t recommend celiacs eat there. Disappointing the second place we tried after a long walk that didn’t recommend for celiacs.
I'm celiac and vegetarian. The food at Roam was amazing. The employees were very knowledgeable about gf and cross-contamination. The food was very good.
