I got a gf crust pizza last night with high expectations because I have had it in the past and it was pretty good. I ordered the goat cheese and it was so disappointing, especially for the price . The crust was tasteless and fairly gross , I ended up throwing away all but 2 pieces .

They take Celiac seriously!!! Items are clearly marked on the menu. Our server was very nice and knowledgeable. The kitchen has appropriate procedures in place for cross contact.
The girls ate a Cobb salad and a gf cheese pizza. They said it was delicious! It must have been, because not a single piece was left and that is unusual. Their salad didn't come out as quickly as we had hoped, but the manager came to us and said that she is remaking it because the prosciutto that was in the salad was fried in a shared fryer and therefore wasn't safe. She caught it before it left the kitchen! So very appreciative!

Terrible. Worst experience I’ve had in years. Order the gluten free pizza at your own peril.

I have eaten here many times over my life but the last two times I got severely ill from a gluten free salad on their menu, even after I told them I had celiac. The first time I figured it was a fluke but now I think they must have changed their procedures to avoid cross contamination or ingredients in their marked gluten free items

NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY. Sammy’s uses the exact same oven, plates, silverware, everything, as gluten items.

Eat here regularly. Choose GF items on the menu and especially love the salads.

Server was very confident about gluten free and safety for celiac. Explained when GF is requested, it is marked on the ticket, and the kitchen takes necessary precautions. Ordered the Cobb salad. Normally comes with prosciutto, but she explained that is deep fried, so it was left off. Also had the pear and arugula pizza. Crust was thin and crunchy

Had the chicken ceaser salad and was sick an hour after eating it. Marked gluten free. Asked the right questions but something wasn’t right.

The staff didn’t take me seriously, the waiter just flippantly said that they are good about gf options but didn’t really listen. I wasn’t thrilled with the service and ended up going with a very safe salad instead of anything else.
Not sure what they did to my pizza, but man was I sick. I was so excited because it tasted great...but throwing up(that's what my body does when I injest gluten) twice in a hotel bathroom was not what I had in mind for my vacation. I usually do fine with eating out and can even handle shared fryers.
If dining here, you may have to call first and verify how they handle their GF requests and then verify with the server again upon ordering.

Good gluten free menu. Crust made there, awesome crust. I would get the pizza just because the crust was so good. They have a good five-cheese pizza. It doesn’t have sauce. Many options for salads. Cool atmosphere and nice people.
Yes
I am giving this five stars based on the gluten-free food. Our service was about a three star. However the roasted cauliflower and the gluten-free Gorgonzola and pear pizza were amazing so as a gluten-free gal five stars it is.
We got salads and gf pasta and had no issues. Food was tasty, service friendly and helpful.
Yes
Knowledgeable staff and kitchen. Menu clearly marked. I had salad and pizza.
They have gf clearly labeled. Staff asked if was allergy and said they would change gloves and would make sure they would take precautions. Their gf pizza is very good!

Always great GF menu, so many options! I am Celiac. Staff is aware and friendly at all locations that I’ve been to. Their happy hour is even great.
Yes
Great pizza! Also have pasta but we didn't try it. Pizzas are wood fired and not sure about the over but our celiac had no issues.
My first two times were great. My third and final time was a disaster. I will never trust eating there again.
Not celiac but I do react to gluten. Nice pizza and safe, but pricey. If you’re using an iPhone, the directions are a block off. Enter the street address in the maps.
Pizza was good, crust was not as crisp as I like, but great taste. Though I am not celiac, I do react seriously and I had no reactions. I ordered the GF chocolate cake to go, and wished I hadn't. Two very little pieces of cake with some raspberry syrup and it was $10.
Nima tested the gluten free pasta as well as the grilled chicken. Both came out with no gluten! Yippee!

My son and I got very sick from the “gluten free” pizza. It really set us back. It was also so expensive for a gf pizza! It wasn’t celiac safe when we had it.

Lots of gf options! Had the bbq chicken pizza w/gf crust, it was delicious!
GF pizza crust was very good. Restaurant was clean and service was good.
GF pizza was great. Aware of risk of cross-contanimation.
Yes
Last time I ate here, they had taken the shrimp and grits off the menu. It was by far the best thing GF. I ordered a GF pizza and it was mediocre at best. They do have GF beer though.
Overpriced for the food given, waitress seemed to not know what we were talking about. not great :/
*this location specifically* (others have been fine)
after clearly stating "I am gluten free...the bad kind...celiac...please let the kitchen know, bc I get very sick"...
Waiter didn't note it on the ticket, didn't recognize my pizza crust was what, dropped pizza off, and disappeared. We had to flag down a manager to ask of the crust was really GF (nope). No understanding from waiter OR manager about what celiac or GF is. Manager suggested we order the flourless chocolate cake, which is NOT gluten free.

Maria was awesome, she knew which options were gluten free and the food was fantastic. Glad we went, good food and AMAZING service from Maria.
Food was fine. Staff were friendly but it was SLOW. They were out of the Brown Rice Bolognese so I settled for a salad.

LAX terminal 4 location has limited menu but they have brown rice pasta and it is the only pasta they serve so reduced cross-contamination issues. Pasta hit the spot and actually quite good for airport food.
Very good options for gluten free
They think they understand Celiac, but don't. Their protocol for pizzas is all wrong. They use shared space, the same sauce and toppings as regular pizza. They swore by their technique so we tried it. Thankfully, Nima tested positive for gluten so it wasn't eaten. The chilli tested safe. The restaurant staff was not terribly understanding. We won't be back.

Items marked on the menu- salads and pasta. Staff seemed well informed. Yes
We stopped here for a late lunch on a trip to southern California. They certainly DO have gluten free options and I ordered a
gluten free pepperoni pizza. I specifically asked for a gluten free crust and the server repeated back my order correctly. I'll also add that we were one of a small handful of tables on a Sunday afternoon, so being too busy should not have been an issue.
When the server brought out the pizza, she again, specifically mentioned that it was gluten free. After having some of it, however, I realized that a gluten free crust is not this good :-) Needless to say, it was too late and I had enough of it that I knew I would be struggling to get over it for a few days. Ugh!
These guys have gotten some pretty good reviews as far as being a decent place to get a gluten free meal. Not so in my case - either the server purposely misled me or was lacking in training in what gluten free meant.
I looked at my receipt as I paid and noticed no charge for a gluten free crust, so I am sure the kitchen staff never knew what I needed.
Proceed with caution on this one!

Couldn't have been more accommodating for my daughter with celiac. Pizza, pasta....excellent.

Loved this place until I found out their ranch wasn't gluten free, when the servers told me it was for months... I lost trust immediately
Overpriced small gf pizza with bland flavor. Minimal toppings. $18.00 rip off

I ordered 1 gf Hawaiian pizza( they only come in personal size). I was charged $18.00. I Obviously wanted top try this pizza as it seems gourmet for such a high price. When I recieved the pizza, it had 6 pieces of Canadian ham and 5 micro slivers of pineapples on top a lot of cheese. The taste was very bland. Nothing special. I took a picture of it to post, but I'm trying to figure out how to post it. Seem as though we get charged 3x's the amount for gluten free crust. What a rip off!!!

Gluten & dairy free place. I love it here!
The waiter expressed that the kitchen was trained and celiac friendly. I ordered the goat cheese gf pizza; it was delicious and I did not get sick.
