The bbq is prepped in its own area, so there is low risk of CC. I had the brisket and the sausage with the bbq sauce and did not experience any kind of reaction. I did not try any of the sides because I was unsure about CC.

I just asked about wheat in the seasoning on the babyback ribs. He said there was none went to the back got a separate cutting board and knife. Washed his hands and put on clean gloves and protector. I had a wonderful dinner.

Love Spring Creek BBQ. Wife is Celiac and they always know what you do. Clean cutting board, clean knife, change gloves and new brisket. Sauce is also gluten free. Never a reaction and we eat here quite often.

We’ve eaten at a Spring Creek before and had no problems. This time they didn’t know what gluten was or what to do. I opted to not eat here after talking with multiple staff members and just had a water while my family ate.

Excellent. My wife is celiac and also deadly allergic to the slightest whiff of dairy. They know really know their ingredients and my wife has never had any problems in the 3 or 4 times we’ve been there. It’s one of the 3 places she can safely eat. The food is AMAZING.

Staff is always helpful and will help with choices for gluten intolerance. Wife loves the place
I called ahead and asked about their GF options. I was assured on the phone to let the person at the front know I was eating GF. They switch gloves ,brought out a new cutting board, knife and a fresh brisket. It was awesome! I am prett sensitive and did not get sick!
Owner is very knowledgeable about gf because he has a celiac family member. Don't order from counter, just walk directly to one of the registers and tell them you have celiac disease. They'll get your food from the back, with no risk of cross contamination. Delicious, safe ribs and sauces. Not many gf side dishes, but good to order for take out and make your own sides.

The staff was friendly and helped answer our questions. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience - the girl I worked with was very knowledgeable and made sure the rest of the staff took every precaution (new gloves, entirely new slab of meat, new cutting board) to make sure I was safe. Can’t eat the green beans, bread, or mac and cheese (obviously) but for the most part their items are GF. I will note that not every staff member was as helpful/knowledgeable as the one I spoke to. May have been a manager who helped me? Not sure. But I had a wonderful experience there. Highly recommend it.
they took a new cutting board and everything but i tested the ckn with the nima sensor and it had gluten

I adore this location. On top of Celiac, I can't have anything cross contaminating with beef. I've never had an issue at this location. The staff has been helpful through the couple of years I've been going to this location.

Ordered my food to-go. The waitress informed me of what products were GF and that it would take longer to prepare if I did not mind waiting. However, the green beans are not GF.... I should have clarified as to why they were not but it was disappointing to hear.
The staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating. As soon as we told them we were gluten free everyone stopped what they were doing, read the literature and got new cutting boards and knifes.
Detailed allergy menu! I have celiac and my son has a soy allergy. I was able to get us both very delicious and large dinners!!
The staff was very accommodating to me by changing utensils and cutting board. Even tested the brisket with my NIMA gluten tester and came back negative for gluten.
The sauce (all of them) are now gluten free. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable.
After telling these folks I had Celiac Disease, they handed me a GF menu and cleaned the knife and preparation surface. The management and staff seems well trained what to do the simple steps to prevent cross contamination. I'd be happy to eat here again.

frie make sure they dont have seasoning on them before you eat them but i love the following turkey ham coslow corn barbeque sauce fries. make sure you dont get the green beans because they have gluten for some reason. I would only tust this location for gf because of the manager is amazing

First thing they did was change their gloves and the cutting board!! Impressed. And good food.

I was excited to get some gluten free French fries but upon asking, they weren't confident that the oil was safe since it also fries their breaded okra. 😕 I enjoyed the ribs, baked beans, and sweet corn.

I love this place. Used to just get the chopped baker because the meat is the only meat not on the counter with the bread. Found out today that if you tell them as soon as you order that you have a gluten intolerance they will immediately get a manager and he/she will make your meal. You can have any meat you want and they get it from the back and cut it on a different cutting board with clean utensils. They even have a print out they can give you with nutritional and allergen info. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for some safe and tasty BBQ!!
Great food! Fries are not gluten free, they told me they were fried with the breaded okra. The chicken wasn't that great but everything else was very good!
Great food and lots of GF choices

Good food, small gf selection. Asked for a gf salad and got croutons on it 😕

manager is great at handling gf.

Great Barbeque. Dedicated fryer. All meats are gluten free except ribs. The corn, green beans, and fries are gluten free. They will change utensils to lower the risk of cross contamination. The meat is moist and good. I am a moderately sensitive celiac and have never gotten glutened here.

I love this restaurant. However, the bbq sauce has soy sauce, which is very high in wheat. I didn't think about this when I covered my ribs in their tasty sauce. On the drive home I started to feel nauseous. I wondered what I could have eaten, did a little research and voila… the sauce!

I just found this and it does not show the sauce with wheat. I don't know. I saw a recipe for this sauce and it showed soy sauce. I am surprised the green beans have wheat.

Gf on allergy list. Bread is on top of counter with meat....no go for celiac.

Almost everything is gluten free except the bread (of course), Mac and cheese, and the green beans. I had the sliced brisquit which was VERY good and tender. Beans and corn were good as well. Their cole slaw was ok, but I squeezed a lime in it and made it a whole lot better. Could be just my preference. For the people who can eat gluten, a server comes by ever so often offering yeast rolls that I am told are very good. Very good country atmosphere. And they have Blue Bell ice cream for dessert, which I didn't get. This is my favorite new resteraunt.

All of the meat, sauce, and sides, including okra, are gluten free. It is easier to name the things I can't eat: desserts, rolls, buns, croutons. I know when they make sandwiches the bread is sometimes laid on the cutting board and they are always nice and accommodate when I ask them to change knives and cutting boards. The barbeque and sauce are great and the staff always makes me feel welcome, even though I have the unusual request.

My wife was able to enjoy some really good BBQ, but watch out for the chopped beef that has the BBQ sauce. The BBQ sauce is not gluten free so bring your own.
Meat, potatoes, steamed veggies, and fruit! All tasty. They have breads that must be avoided but the other choices are very good for folks who know what items may or may not contain wheat/gluten! Great staff willing to work with us and make our visit enjoyable!
Everything on their menu is gluten free except for the fried okra, bread, and macaroni and cheese. The staff knew without having to ask a manager which tells me they have trained them in gluten free.
gf, soy, milk advisories. Everything gf except bread, and a few veggies!
