All the meat is gluten free (from what we were told), and sides are 90% gluten free and very clearly marked. We’ve been here multiple times and have never had a reaction. LOVE Rodizios!

Rodizio and Tucanos are probably the best Brazilian places to go. Rodizio is very good at labeling what is gf and what isn't. They have little signs and all that. I've never been sick here. Only the meat sweats haha

We ate here for my husband's birthday. It is expensive, but they delivered great food, from the self serve salad and side dishes bar, to the churrasco (meat on skewers brought around by waiters, who carve it tableside). Best of all for me, the GF DF one, everything is labeled and they brought me a comprehensive allergen menu. We enjoyed lamb with mint sauce, beef with chimichurri sauce, delicious ham with grilled pineapple, and more. (You get your own sauces from the salad bar area.) I felt I could eat confidently. My husband had a birthday dessert, delivered with staffers drumming, dancing and singing a rousing Portuguese song. The only disappointment was that there were no gluten and dairy free desserts ... but there were a couple of gluten free desserts. I did notice that they were running a special with discount pricing if you dine before 5:30. Check their website.

clean, safe, delicious! all items are very clearly marked as gluten free or not (which, there are only a handful of items which are not) my husband is celiac and he ate here safely, with no flares or any kind of issues. We did need to be rolled out though, the food is plentiful and perfectly cooked. Our new favorite spot!

This is like a little GF paradise! They have amazing food, and for someone with Celiac it is amazing to have the opportunity to eat just about everything. There were only a couple things in the entire restaurant that were not gf. Their menu lists everything, so you know what is safe. There were no cross contamination issues. The servers were very helpful and kind if we needed anything or had questions. Brazilian cheese bread is naturally GF, and they even had GF dessert options.

Excellent! Almost all meat. Be careful/check about the salad and hot bar and the desserts. These are the only areas that have gluten. The time I had dessert, the waitress made sure that it was gluten free for me. Going here is a birthday tradition.

The majority of their buffet is gluten free! All of the food on the buffet is marked gf or not. Delicious meats and sides!!! If you want a wide variety of food, this is the place to go. Costs much less than other Brazilian steakhouses and if you go for brunch it’s the best price for what you get.

I got extremely sick after eating there. I had salad bar only and avoided anything not marked GF. When I asked, the server told me everything was marked. The only thing I can think of is maybe the French bread and cheese bread were being brought out in the same bowl when refilling? Either way, I will never eat there again.

All the meats I had were safe and tasted good, and it was so nice that my husband and I could each get our preferred “doneness.” The only things I tried from the salad bar were the Brazilian cheesy bread balls and that was great (still warm!). We also tried the orange creme brulee, which was safe but the custard was grainy and the sugar was too burnt. Glad we could still go here (and get the glazed pineapple!)

Rodizio Grill has an amazing Gourmet Salad Bar with 40+ options, 95% of them are Gluten Free, all easily identifiable by the tags on the Salad Bar. Also, all of the meats from the grill are 100% Gluten Free!

This was amazing! Our server was knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help us get GF food. Everything at the salad bar is labeled, so if it's GF, you can see that on the sign. Almost everything was! All the meats were safe, and three of the normal dessert options are GF! The chocolate one was so delicious.

Meats are gluten free, as are many options at the salad bar. None of the salad bar options are marked *at* the salad bar, but rather they'll give you a book with allergen information. Which works fine, but it's a tad inconvenient.
Meats are delicious, salad bar sides pretty good, but it's a pricey meal.

All meats are gluten free. About 90% of the sides and salads are gluten free. Head waiter brought over book that showed what was gf. Salad bar was clean and everything looked fresh. We got the flourless chocolate cake. It was very rich, delicious and perfect for 2 people to share.

It was fine. It’s pricy, even if you just get the salad bar it’s at least $50+ tip for 2 people. We decided not to get the meat cut at the table, that would have added about $30 to our ticket. It was mostly good but not worth the price. I’m glad there is a place with mostly gluten free but on the buffet that were a few sides that were not gf that were stored in the same containers as gf stuff, they should have just given the gluten stuff their own container. Also you serve yourself and the waitress took a really long time to get the check to us.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, I found myself in Lincoln today and needing to find somewhere to eat. Find Me Gluten Free recommended Rodizio Grill. That recommendation was spot on! When we were seated, we were immediately brought the complimentary appetizers. I asked what each of the items were and told them that gluten free food was important, they immediately explained what each item was (and that they were safe for me) and also their protocols for preventing their few gluten containing menu items separate from the rest of the food. Gluten free items are also clearly labeled so on the menu. On top of that, I was brought their Allergy and Nutrition Information book so I could see for myself which items were safe. This showed me how seriously they take the issue of food allergies. Food and service were excellent and I will definitely return.

Wait staff not super knowledgable on gluten, didn’t offer to send manager or chef to table, items at buffet labeled gluten free but not consistently, buffet was kind of sloppy which is scary when you have gluten issues or allergies. Ridiculously loud, at least 20 birthdays on a Sunday night. Struggle to get drinks refilled / another round from the bar even after restaurant emptied out.
Amazing place. Many gluten free options.
Such an amazing experience and atmosphere! After trying eat meat we would decide that was our favorite one till the next one came out. We enjoyed everything they gave us. Especially the grilled pineapple. The staff was super friendly. Also got the limeade and was able to get a different flavor for each refill. ONE OF OUR NEW FAVS!!!!!

Almost whole menu is gluten free ( all meats and most of the salad bar). They are great about clearly marking it all and very low risk of cross contamination at the salad bar. My celiac daughter had no problems and did not get sick.

Wow! The manager Daniel walked us through all the GF/DF options and made sure we were well cared for and well fed. We also only eat chicken and fish and their selections were delicious! Wish there was a Rodizio in Atlanta!

Our allergies are gluten, dairy, egg & vinegar. The manager made sure we were well taken care of. He even had a fish dish made without the standard butter. Excellent service and fun experience! All you can eat $29.99. Grateful for an accommodating, excellent meal!
Excellent food and superb staff who are knowledgeable and aware. The manager is a celiac and she took time to talk to us and let us know everything we could eat, which was well over 95% of the menu. The also offered to make new batches of food from the salad bar in case we were concerned about cross contamination! CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH!

My family loves eating here! With celiac I feel safe and have tons of options. Pretty much all the meat is gf, and the buffet and salad bar are all labeled. I’ve been here plenty of times and they do an amazing job.
Great selection of gluten free on the salad bar and all the meats that come around are gluten free. The Brazilian bread is also gluten free. Lunch / brunch meal and salad bar only dining options are both very reasonably priced if you are looking for a cheaper option. The full meal dinner is definitely worth the cost and a fun experience.
