It was deliciousness

I ordered online after calling here. The people who made my order were fantastic, they were two young (and cute!!!) guys. I ordered the veggie delight sandwich with hummus. It was incredible and not that expensive at $7. The cute workers assured me that they had made the sandwich on a dedicated mat, changed their gloves, spread the hummus from a fresh container that wasn’t contaminated, used new and clean utensils, and they packaged it completely separate in a new bag from the other non-gf sandwich we ordered. The bread was also excellent. I recommend coming here, I will be back.

I understand a possible cross contamination risk, this ain’t my first rodeo... but they have gluten free bread and assured me they understood my gluten allergy. I got very, very sick and would not recommend.

The salads are a go to for me here! And much to my surprise, the GF bread is REALLY tasty.
They have GF bread but staff was completely unknowledgeable about gluten and cross-contamination. Also the allergen info list they have for all their sandwich fillings didn't even include gluten as a category, so they could not verify if any of their food is gluten free except the bread.

Best GF sandwiches in town! Must have
After standing in line for 20 minutes, they discovered that they had no GF rolls. Not very important to them. For dinner on my flight home, I have a banana and my fall-back GF breakfast bar. She was nice enough to give me the banana for free for my trouble. The people seemed very nice. I suspect it's a management issue.
not only do they offer gluten free bread but they have a dedicated gf prep area to avoid cross contamination.
The guys working there said that "the only thing that's gluten free is the gluten free bread" uhhh. Yeah let me have a sandwich with nothing on it...
Excellent GF bread.
Said that they couldn't protect from cross contamination. Admitted to us that they are not celiac friendly. Only GF for lifestyle eaters. Avoid if you have celiac disease.
No
Cross contamination, used same utensils as non gf subs!
everytime I go they change their gloves, cutting board and knife. I feel safe eating there. always delicious.
Great experience with a knowledgable staff. They were very careful about not cross contaminating my sandwich. The bread was really good too!!
Pretty good option if you like subs and it's hard to get them anywhere else. They always use a clean workspace and tools which I appreciate even though cross contamination isn't usually an issue for me.
I was very impressed with Thundercloud Subs! When I told them I have celiacs they were so nice about it. They brought out a special cutting board, new knife, changed gloves and took precautions to minimize risk for cross contamination.
Gluten free sub bread! It was pretty good. Can't be picky since most airports don't have gluten free options unless it's a salad, so very happy with sandwich.

The gluten free bread here is delicious, but I was pretty much yelled at when I asked (nicely, of course) for a separate knife to cut the bread and to make the sandwich on clean paper. I was told very clearly to not eat here if I was intolerant to gluten. Why offer gluten free bread if you are not willing to make small changes like a clean knife??

I'm happy to have a sandwich option for a quick lunch. It's not my favorite GF bread but it gets the job done. I love the chicken salad sandwich!
The subway of gluten free and fresh! Their gluten free bread is delicious!
Yes
Wish they would lower the $1.70 surcharge.
First time I was able to eat at Thundercloud in 15 years. GF bread seemed very fresh and I was asked if I required separate cutting board and knife.
I love that they have gluten free products and they do have signs posted that they are not a gluten free environment so if you are extremely sensitive to gluten I wouldn't advise eating here. Also their staff is very friendly.
I just paid $1.70 for GF bread and they had the nerve to use a dirty knife to cut my bread! :/ This place needs better GF training.

I am happy to find a sandwich that not only I can but als my family members that are gluten free. The sandwich bun was tasty without being dry and grainy. I will eat there again.
They have gluten free buns for their sandwiches, and bring out a specially cutting board for anyone concerned with cross contamination.
Yes
Load up on the condiments, the bread is good but dry. If you're eating GF due to an allergy, just let them know and they'll change their knife. They work to prevent cross contamination, but there is a risk. Great staff- friendly and knowledgable!
No... Yes, they have gf bread, but they have no idea about anything else...turkey, bacon, mayo, etc!
The gf bread supplier changed recently and they now contain milk powder, in case some people are dairy free as well.
Awesome Awesome Awesome service! Asked if I had an allergy and told me they were washing their hands and using clean utensils. Very knowledgable staff and amazing food with the extra perk of a gluten free bun
Have awesome GLUTEN FREE bread! And SUBS-N-A-BOWL, Side salads and great full size salads! Try the NY Salad or the Austin Club Salads they are the best!! They will get clean cutting boards and knives if u ask so there is less contamination.
Yes
They had a designated gf cutting board and the staff immediately knew to run and grab it. Great experience!
