Very careful and knowledgeable. Awesome food. Have never gotten sick and my son is very sensitive celiac.

Very accommodating for gluten allergies. Sauces are separated in their own space for no cross contamination as well.

Ogden location GF crust was awful. Like a piece of leather. And it took an hour to come to the table, with two reminders about it. And the cheese and toppings weren't even hot or even cooked all the way. I had a similar experience about two months ago at the Midvale Pie. Thinking I will start looking elsewhere.....

The Pie has been my go to since disclosing I had celiac. I make that they do have a dedicated kitchen because they do use a separate enclosed space. They also change aprons and gloves before entering. They have more info on their website.

AMAZING pizza and breadsticks! They prepare everything in a separate kitchen. They were very careful with how my food was prepared. They definitely understand gluten free and celiac. Everything was fantastic tasting! I was so excited to have cheesy breadsticks again! They also ha e a gluten free menu available online and at the restaurant.

Pizza isn’t anything special, but they definitely take celiac seriously. I was told they have a separate kitchen.

Ordered over the phone. Gluten free was labeled and tasted great. I'm extremely sensitive and didn't get sick.

My gluten free items came out in boxes so I knew they were mine, which was nice. I got a pull apart bread and the mini meat pie. I don’t think the sausage is gluten free because it wasn’t listed as an option. The pull apart bread was almost crunchy, not great—I wouldn’t get it again. The pizza was fairly good but a little overdone and crunchy at the edges. Standard thin gluten free crust. The large amount of cheese was nice.

My fiancé breaks out on hives if glutened and she’s never been sick here. Amazing

We eat here far too often. My fiancé will break out in hives if glutened and she’s never been sick. They truly take it seriously.

Delivery always arrived over or under cooked, and usually not gf. Eating in-person is AMAZING. They take such great care and it's so delicious ... in-person. What's so different about delivery?! We never get sick eating in, but delivery ALWAYS makes us sick.

There are breadsticks available that come with marinara and ranch. The pizza is delicious, I really enjoyed the crust and so did my friends who are not gluten free. They serve the gf pizza in a labeled pizza box so you know it’s completely separate from everything as well. Highly recommend!!

The gf pizza and bread sticks here is horrible lol. Go to mod not great pizza but much better than the pie. I've had their regular pizza (on a cheat day that I paid for horribly) and it's amazing but they really need to work on their gf...yuck

I’ve gotten their gluten free pizza a handful of times and it’s always great, the best GF pizza I’ve had and I am VERY sensitive celiac.

This establishment definitely take GF very seriously. I love that they have a separate area to prepare the pizzas and even keep GF toppings separate to avoid cross contamination! Total win!!
However, the quality of the pizza is pretty below average. They use very little sauce and the crust is very dry.
At the end of the day, I'm happy to have another option that wont make me seriously ill, but the quality of the food for the price is such that I think I will only go back if it was the only option or if a group of friends wanted to go and I happen to tag along.
My husband ate their regular pizza and said the same thing - very dry, little sauce, and overall pretty mediocre pizza.
But I'm rating 4 starts because of their serious effort to avoid cross contamination and to clearly mark their GF food. It is a safe place to eat but maybe not the most tasty.

All four of my children have Celiac Disease. We ordered several options off of their dedicated gluten free menu. None of the children got sick and said it was the best pizza they have ever had.

The crust is ok. It’s decent if it’s hot OR cold but not warm. Have your oven turned on when you bring it home and warm it up! They have a dedicated area for prep that is curtained off, because of this there are only certain toppings that you can get on your gf pizza. They cook it in the same oven but on dedicated pans. Dining in or taking out they will put it in a box sealed with a gf sticker. They don’t open the box after sealed to prevent cross contamination. Never gotten sick eating here

I don't love their crust, but I feel totally safe eating here. It's a nice place to stop at when we are traveling through.
Yes
Did not get sick, but crust was only okay. They have a few GF options for toppings.
Yes
This location has the best gluten free pizzas. My favorite pie is the Pie Island (Hawaiian). I have celiac and I’ve never gotten sick. They have like 6 gluten free pizzas and cheese pull aparts.
Yes
We waited an hour and a half for food which wasn't ideal. But, it was good and I didn't get sick so overall that's a win!
Yes
I went here after being diagnosed. They do have a dedicated kitchen space and I didn’t get sick/contaminated. However, it was the worst pizza I have ever had. I haven’t returned l.
Yes
Safe for people with Celiac, separate kitchen space and pizza came out in its own box with a gf sticker on it. Did take longer than the regular pizza but worth the wait for not getting sick from cc. Fun family place.
Yes
The Pie is the only 100% safe pizza to eat if you have Celiac disease. Prep area is away from normal pizza prep area.
Yes
They make GF pizzas in a dedicated kitchen space and serve them in boxes to avoid contamination. The GF pizza menu is more limited in terms of options but I wasn’t complaining. It was delicious and didn’t make me sick!
Yes
Best pizza. The staff took extra care with the order. I feel amazing.
I’m so impressed with the precautions against cross contamination this restaurant takes! They have a separate room for preparing gluten free items, and they change aprons and gloves every time they enter that room. The pizza was good, and I loved the cheesy pull apart bread!

Staff definitely goes to an effort to avoid cross contamination and the GF pizza is good!
Didn’t get glutened - but felt like there may have been some cross contamination.
Delicious and a separate kitchen to make sure there is no cc
Yes
Love the crispy crust! It is expensive for the size but that’s to be expected. I definitely didn’t get sick either, two thumbs up!
Yes
Had a pretty tasty pizza. Not my top pizza, due to the crust, but definitely yummy. Probably the best for trying to keep the pizza away from contamination. Had cheese sticks even and thats all my kids wanted to eat!
Yes
Great pizza! It is a thin crust but flavor was excellent. It was made in a separate kitchen area and brought out in a closed box.
Yes
I am newly gluten free and this is one of the first places i went. It was also one of the hardest because i know how amazing the rest of their food is. I had a great experience. The gluten free pizza was delicious in the restaurant. The crust is thin, so reheated the next day it wasn't much to be desired, and my only other complaint is that the pizza price tag was a little higher than i expected. They offer a gluten free beer as well, that wasn't bad at all. Overall, i had a great experience and the pizza and beer were yummy and I'll be going back :)
The best GF pizza! Yes it’s pricey, but it is so good!
Yes
Never had issues. Best pizza around
Yes
Sooo good! I got a big old gf pizza with vegan cheese, and it was the best crust I’ve had in a long time. Super fresh, soft, made in a separate area. Didn’t get sick. Success!
The toppings tasted high quality but I have had better GF crusts. Theirs was a little card-board-ish like Dominos. I did appreciate that they have GF cheesy bread, but it was the same crust material.
No
Pretty good gf pizza. The ordering method is not completely user friendly; as there is a minimal entrance prior to the ordering window/counter which means if there are many people in line you may end up standing outside in the freezing cold. Had the gf Hawaiian minus the onions. It was not bad.
Loooove this place! I live part time in New York and this is the best gluten free pizza I’ve had, hands down. I love that you can go vegan too!
Yes
By far the best gf pizza we've tried. We love that they have a dedicated gf kitchen. Never been sick here. So good!
Yes
I've tried the pizza three times so far and have never gotten sick. They prepare pizzas in a separate area and box the pizza to avoid contamination.
Yes
We called to order out and my husband mentioned I have celiac and they immediately started telling him about the gluten free chicken bacon ranch (it's a little different than the gluten one) when we picked it up they said here it is and it's sealed and labeled gluten free (with a striker) I don't have symptoms so I'm not sure about cc but it was delicious and easily worth the 20 bucks. It's a 14 in crust and it's thin but really good!
The salads are NOT gluten free. Chicken bacon ranch pizza is the best
They have a separate area in the kitchen for gluten free. I eat here all the time. BBQ pizza is good too.
Yes
Very knowledgeable. I felt very safe eating here on our vacation. We asked if they had gluten free options and they told us that they have a separate room for gluten free with separate cutters.
