Server was very knowledgeable about celiac and assured me that the kitchen takes it very seriously and has separate preparation areas for the GF dishes. The GF menu is huge and does not disappoint. Each person who brought food to the table clearly indicated that the dishes were gluten free, which gave me a lot of confidence. They always have a GF soup (asparagus is my favorite - delicious and creamy), GF flatbreads are incredible, the steak and lobster tail is fantastic, and my favorite is the steak salad. My favorite celiac friendly restaurant by far.

Went out for Mother’s Day and had a delicious brunch. Started out with potato leek soup. Followed by tomato, pepperoni flat bread pizza. The food was all wonderful! I told the waitress that I had Celiac and she assured me the restaurant takes Celiac very seriously. I did not get sick! Will definitely be returning. The menu is amazing!!

No gluten free menu was provided to me although I did not ask. Server was very conscious of my allergy and let the manager and chef know. I found a gluten free menu and nutrition guide online. This menu was gluten-sensitive as cross contamination can not be confirmed for sure. But as mentioned previously the chef and manager were made aware so cross contamination in this instance was low. Links are attached. A lot of gluten free options available. A few require modifications but those are small ones like no bread. All flatbreads can be made with gluten sensitive bread. I had the special flatbread for spring season. Very good and made with gluten sensitive bread. Again, they do specify gluten sensitive rather than gluten free so be aware but they were very conscious and considerate of my allergy (i am not celiac confirmed, simply 100% allergic to wheat). I had the pork chop for dinner which was very good. During spring they also have a raspberry chocolate chip canolli dessert which is gluten free without canolli. Wouldn’t personally recommend as it was very creamy in my opinion. To drink I had the strawberry infused martini which had a gluten free vodka(corn based) and it was very good. The menu I looked at contained gluten sensitive, dairy free and vegetarian specifications.

Excellent dinner! They have a “gluten sensitive” menu so you have to ask questions to see what is safe. I played it safe and got the half rotisserie chicken with potatoes and it was delicious!! And cannoli without the shell for dessert!

Excellent! Gluten free menu, lots of yummy options. I had the sea scallops with risotto and for appetizer the bacon and asparagus flatbread. I have celiac and didn’t get sick. Definitely felt great to have so many options on the menu and not get sick.

Great food and excellent service. Good variety of GF options and very knowledgeable staff and kitchen. I’ve eaten here for years and never gotten sick. I do not eat the flatbreads or gf bread because it is grilled where non-gf breads are grilled.

So disappointed in our experience! Not gluten free and definitely NOT Celiac friendly! We had poor service, both of my kids’ dinners were burned - a flatbread and burger, which was ordered medium well. My husband’s GF flatbread was undercooked. My meal came 20 minutes after everyone else’s dinner. So my family was ready to leave when I was just being served. To top it all off, we all ordered gluten free and we were definitely served something with gluten. It wasn’t cross-contamination…. It was full gluten exposure. My Celiac husband felt sick within an hour and we were both I’ll the next day. While they do have a gluten -sensitive menu, we could view the kitchen from our seats and no precautions were taken with our GF food. Our GF plates were touching other orders as they sat waiting to be served. We will never go back!

I went here because of all the wonderful reviews. The first time i went, I ordered 3 items and all tested GF with our Gf tester. We had a good experience.
I went back the following week with my son who also has celiac - we tested 4 items and NONE were GF. All were found with gluten. On top of that, we sent a flatbread back for them to remake it (redeem themselves) and it came back with gluten- again. It was awful.
The manager did a good job at making us feel as though we were in the wrong and there was no way it could possibly be contaminated. He even went back there and watched the food get made. Tested everything again- gluten. Every single dish.
So once he saw the gf tests come back , he quickly backtracked and apologized.
I want people to understand that there is no way this restaurant or any restaurant is guaranteed 100% GF even if they “cleaned everything and promise etc etc etc”
There is no 100% guarantee unless it is a fully dedicated kitchen. Only one of those restaurants exist in Michigan.l and it’s right down the road- Tru Pizza Co (formally Renee’s).
The other reviews are nice, and it may be tempting, but the truth is- unless you’re actually testing your food you have no idea if it actually is GF. We learned our lesson and are sharing to help keep you safe.

Just had a wonderful experience at Seasons 52. Dedicated GF menu, I asked if the risotto was GF and she said very confidently, if it’s on our GF menu then it is. She also thanked us for coming in for the first time by giving us a GF desert to go. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a gluten free flatbread and asked the server twice once it came out if it was gluten free and she said yes. 10 mins later they bring out another flatbread that was actually gluten free, the first wasnt and I ate 2 pieces of it. Manager apologized. Still unclear if the rest of my meal avoided cross contamination. Seems good for the fad dieters but not celiac. Do not recommend.

They had a gluten free menu (on the same menu as other specialty dietary restrictions; see attached photo). I had the gf flatbread and told the server it was an allergy. I would say there’s medium cross contamination here.

My husband made a reservation and let them know that I have celiac disease and would need the gluten free menu. When I ordered I let the waiter know I have celiac disease and am severely intolerant of gluten, he coyly said “oh we’re used to that here, we have a big sign in the back for gluten free meals.” When I placed my order i again reminded him and apologized for following up but I was worried. My family ordered 2 appetizers that are on the regular and gf menu, the server didn’t offer to make them gf or ask if we wanted them gf. Then my entree came out and the potatoes were different (small seasoned vs mashed), my food came out at the same time as everyone else and there was nothing marking the meal as gf. No manager or kitchen staff came to assume me the food was prepared gluten free. I was worried and gave most of my meal to my son. When I asked he said, “nothing in your plate would have gluten…” in a very condescending manner.

They have a gluten sensitive menu but just beware the items are not made with gluten but there is cross-contamination. If you ask your waiter they will inquire with the chef. For instants they do have a gluten-free flatbread but it is put on the same area as a regular flat bread. The specific location has amazing communication between the waiter and the head chef!

Although I've dined at other Seasons 52 before, I'm visiting from another state so I called ahead to ensure they could accommodate my strict diet. I spoke with Rachel who is a manager and she took care of everything. Our waiter, Zack, knew about my Celiac disease and had that specific menu for me. He was knowledgeable as well. My appetizer was delivered by Chef Patrick, who reassured me by going over what he did to ensure my food was safe. He even made fresh GF crispy lavash to go with my grilled artichokes and hummus. I felt so safe and relieved to know that I could enjoy my food without anxiety! I'll be back in this area again over the next four years so this Seasons 52 will be my regular place to dine!

I visited this restaurant with girlfriends yesterday for dinner. I ordered “gluten sensitive” flatbread pizza but I’m really not sure if that’s what I got! I got home and stomach cramps started and lasted through the night! The place looks nice but service was very slow. Two ladies received their meals and were half way done before the other lady and I received our flatbreads. Overpriced and fair quality in my opinion.

Have eaten here for many special occasions. The food is healthy and delicious. I've never had a gluten problem here. I've tried their gf flatbread, and it's tasty. I usually don't order bread though. Shrimp and grits are fabulous, pork tenderloin, too. Salads are great. Service is amazing. They only offer those little shot glass desserts, and only white chocolate raspberry, without the little canolli, is gluten free. So on my reservation request for Valentine's day 2020, I requested a gf chocolate dessert. The Manager arranged for a fabulous gf chocolate torte dessert for me (which was obtained from a nearby restaurant I learned later). That's amazing customer service!!! I love this place!
