So I do take out bc I can’t stand sitting in restaurants usually. But here’s the thing thing have a gluten sensitivity menu which is so dumb and it leaves out all the deli meat(pastrami, corned beef, turkey) The menu only has burgers with no buns which is silly. But here’s is the run down of what I do. I order the Rachel, which is hot pastrami coleslaw Russian dressing you can have cheese. I don’t like cheese so that’s not mine. I take it home obviously and I buy the schar deli style bread. Toast it and boom got my own deli sammie. I never get sick but oh my it’s so yummy. I usually bring that bread with me anywhere like if I’m going to do like a test with my family out of town like I will bring my own bread so I can have a sandwich.
No gluten free items available.
Cannot recommend. Host seemed unfamiliar with gluten and said we only have one menu. Then the waitress seemed annoyed and disinterested in my question about menu items marked GS. She did produce a specific GF menu, but did not want to ask a manager or chef.
Was given a gluten free menu by the hostess. When our server arrived to take our order my mother requested a burger on gluten free roll. Server advised us that they don't have gluten free rolls. I asked why they had a menu for it. He didn't even know the menu exiyand asked where we received it from. He informed us they don't have anything gluten free. Myom ended up ordering a burger with no bread. Not recommended for gluten free dining
Don’t. Waste. Your. Time. They say they have a GF menu, but most of what’s on it is salad without croutons, or burgers or chicken with no seasoning and no bun, cooked on the same grill that they grill bread on. The waitress was not knowledgeable about GF AT ALL. I came because the family members we were visiting tried looking for somewhere that I could eat, too. We are all disappointed by the lack of GF anything.
They have GF menu but it just means remove. No substitutions. Burger? Remove the bun. Sandwich? Remove the bread. They don’t care GF products. When asked it I could remove the toast and sub it for something else, it was a no. So nothing special here. You could go to Denny’s and do the same thing.
Their gluten sensitive menu was huge! I had a warm brussel sprout salad and a bunkers turkey burger. Delicious and no issues! Great for my allergic daughter as well!
Waited at the counter, and finally someone came to help. Wasn't greeted at all. No "hello", no smile. I Asked for a takeout menu and which items were gluten free. The guy handed us a menu and promptly walked into the back. Quite unfriendly. We left without ordering. And guess what, buddy, we're locals and will not visit again. 😛
Thumbs up for gluten free menu. Thumbs down - no bread or buns whatsoever.
