Friendly, helpful staff. The pizzas are really good. The owner knows the importance in avoiding CC however they do not have a dedicated kitchen area and CC does occur.
Only place I have ever found a large gluten-free crust. It came out crispy and delicious. Found this while visiting family nearby. We will look forward to eating there each time we are in the area. Staff seemed very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Yum yum yum!!! GF Pizza prepped separately from all the rest and staff was super knowledgeable and kept everything safe. BEST GF Pizza I’ve had yet!!
Went here based on reviews from other locations. Great pizza! I called ahead and asked questions and the staff was extremely helpful. We got the gluten free crust and the cauliflower crust to try both and preferred the cauliflower crust as it was more crunchy.
We’ve ordered from here twice, once for delivery and no symptoms whatsoever. Great option for nights where you just want to feel normal. Gf crusts add some cost, but they offer multiple sizes.
We’ve tried the Noah’s, Cajun, and the Scorcher so far! The scorcher has been our favorite.
Called to see if the online menu was correct with vegan options as well as GF crust for pizza. Mgr did state they do have dairy free cheese option as well as GF crust. Will be ordered for our next pizza night. Will update review once we try it ourselves ;-)
They have a gluten free pizza that is great
We got a medium GF calzone. It was good. Not as thick as we like but otherwise good.
They are very accommodating to a gluten free diet. They have both pasta and pizza options. I had a pasta and they even brought out a gluten free cheesy garlic bread! It has been so long since I have had garlic bread in a restaurant! The staff was very knowledgable and my waiter triple checked everything was safe for me to eat! We will definitely go back.

Order Gluten-Free pizzas from here for over a year now. zero cross contamination.
I had eaten multiple times at the Fort Worth branch and never had a CC reaction. However when I called this branch in Frisco, they said they did not take precautions and all equiptment is shared with gluten.
What I love about their Pizza is you can order a Large size GF crust which is nice for the Family.

No. If you have celiac disease please reconsider eating at this location. I got extremely sick after eating a "gluten free" pizza here.
Called for a take out order. Specifically said multiple times that I have Celiac Disease and that my food could not contain gluten, have croutons or be in contact with gluten. In spite of my clear communication, my salad came with croutons, which I didn't find out until I was half way into eating it. I am still sick. I called to report the issue and they offered to refund the $4 for the side salad. Can't trust this place. If you suffer from Celiac Disease, they cannot guarantee that the food will be gluten free, so beware!
My daughter has Celiacs, so we are pretty selective. Their GF pizza (with added mushrooms) were ordered online with a special note informing them of her having Celiac Disease. Her pizza was delicious & she did not get sick at all! Even as heated up leftovers, she still enjoyed it and did not get sick.
BEST PIZZA EVER and prepared safely. they don’t upcharge for gf (but regular prices are a little more, but very much worth it), and the pizza is fantastic. the crust is crunchy and tastes so good. it’s better if you eat it there but is still amazing for take out. i’ve eaten there 3 times and have been fine (i have celiac). they prepare the gf pizza in a separate area too! my family eats the gf crust with me and they say it’s really good too!
Did not eat here because they just cook the pizza on the oven rack. They say it is different because the reg pizza is cooked on wire screens that leave ample room for gluten to get on the oven rack. I didn’t ask anymore questions after they failed on the first one. They should not be claiming on their website that they consider themselves safe for celiacs
GF pizza was better than the regular crust pie.
Directly from the manager: gf pizzas are prepared alongside traditional pizza and cooked together, directly on the rack, in a shared oven. She said they are not celiac safe.
The staff were helpful and seemed to be knowledgeable. I appreciated the simplicity. 🤗 pizza was good. I prefer a bit more crispy crust. But it smelled fresh and like they actually used yeast or sourdough. That was nice!
Got this pizza delivered through uber eats. Called to make sure what toppings were gluten free but wasn’t given a definitive answer. Stuck with the veggies and was totally fine. Good pizza!
Gluten Free pizza dough, Yes! Was the best gluten free pizza I have ever had! Loved it. I highly recommend Palio’s. Plus they delivered to my camp site at the Vineyards on Lake Grapevine. Camping and GF pizza! Life is good😁

I’ve eaten at this one many many times in the past and the Wally’s always be super sweet and remake my pizza is they crosscontaminated it and would always bring a clean pizza cutter. The last 3 separate visits have all tested positive on my Nima and so did their second attempt. Something must have changed with their process....

Staff was very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contamination - all GF is kept separate and staff changes gloves when preparing. I have celiac and I’ve eaten here several times without issue.
Excellent and very tasty GF pizza at a very fair price. Fast and friendly service. The owner is extremely nice and has the GF pizza crusts made off-site to prevent cross contamination! BYOB and enjoy a fantastic pizza and your favorite beer or glass of wine. We'd definitely visit here again!!
They had GF crust but couldn't tell me which, if any, toppings were safe. We left.
Unfortunately I have to rate this poorly...: The manager seemed well educated about gluten risks and cc. We used our Nina on the cheese side of the pizza (we did half cheese/half King) it came back gf so we began to eat. Because it looked like the king side had a different seasoning we decided to test it. Sure enough it was gluten found. My daughter was incredibly sick for 2 days.

Best gf pizza I've ever had. it's $2.00 extra for gf but that's normal the small pizza was much larger than the little personal you get a Dominos and much better.
Closest GF pizza to me and yummy! 2 sizes to choose from. I always order specialty pizza. Love the flourless chocolate cake for dessert too! Only complaint is extra price for GF.
