Gluten-Free at Au Bon Pain

Say they have gluten free bread, but workers didn’t read labels. I had an awful allergic reaction due to celiac.

When went they were out of the Mayan rice bowl but the manager offered to hook me up with a chicken breast over rice, red onion, tomato, cucumbers and ciracha sauce. It was actually really nice!

Near Southwest gates at airport. The Mayan chicken rice bowl was fabulous and filling! Only other gf menu item is vegetarian chili.

Very good Cobb salad and blue cheese dressing. Not labeled gf, but ingredients listed.

The manager walked me through what was GF and what wasn't. He was very helpful and took his time to make sure I didn't order anything I shouldn't. The Mayan chicken rice bowl was great!

Not sure if prepared in "safe" environment, but the staff was well informed on what was safe on their menu. Very helpful.

I got a salad which was good, basic but good. They are knowledgable of gluten allergies and have special prep methods and dressings.
