We always order our birthday cakes from here ! They have a list online of all their gf flavours and they make sure to open a new tub of icecream if you let them know of your allergy and they use all new utensils !

We always get pralines and cream, double fudge and extra balloons

Ordered my daughter a ice cream cake for her birthday from baskin robbins. I have celiac, no one else in my family does. They took great care in prepping the area for the cake to ensure no contamination. Cake was delicious

My experience was bad. They had “gluten free labels” on the ice cream. I got the tub of ice cream because I am very stuck on cross contamination so I was very concerned on the scoopers. If your not super sensitive, I totally reccomend!

Gluten conscious items were clearly marked on ice cream descriptions. There were dairy free options available as well. Ice cream was good - as good as one could expect from a Baskin-Robbins!

I asked the staff what “gluten conscious” meant on some of their ice creams they had marked. They told me it meant there is gluten in the product. I went home and googled the phrase to find out it is the exact opposite. Not a knowledgeable staff.

Because of the high risk for cross contamination, the employee suggested I chose from the few fresh containers that had not been scooped from yet. She washed the icecream scoop before dipping mine.

They seem to have changed their labelling from "gluten free" to "gluten conscious". Allergen warning signs state that all flavors are subject to cross contamination. I will not be returning to any Baskin Robbins again.

Ice cream is clearly labeled which have wheat in them. Have ate here twice with no problems. They rinse scooper after each scoop. This is for commons mall located. I have not been to the one down the street.

I love the multiple gluten-free options. The staff was willing to wash the ice cream scoop to prevent cross contamination.

It has all the allergens labeled on there ice creams. They will wash the scoops and take the top layer off if you ask. They have even opened a new ice cream for me. I've never been sick from any BK stores in Barrie On

Great place to eat for dessert if you have a sweet tooth! Good ice cream.
