They have a GF menu online through a barcode on the main menu along with a thorough allergy menu that lists our wheat and gluten separately. The server wasn't too sure of individual items, but the manager was, and I felt confident with the menu thoroughness. I ended up having the salad with ranch dressing to start, and the steak with grilled asparagus.

Their burgers are amazing and have not given my celiac partner a reaction! They have a dedicated fryer, so we had their fries. My partner loved the fries but I think they’re way too salty

This was just okay. Our server was relatively new and checked with the kitchen staff/management to confirm GF options, but they all seemed very unsure about the fryer and so I had grilled veggies as a side with my grilled chicken sandwich on a GF bun (the usual crappy-falls-apart bun). The food was meh, veggies very greasy and bacon undercooked. My non-GF family did not care for their food either. I didn’t get sick so that’s a plus.

The food is so good! They have a dedicated gluten free menu, the servers are knowledgeable and great at checking, and they have a dedicated fryer with some of the best fries I’ve ever had.

Big yum! And no reaction! Dedicated fryer so have some tasty fries. :-) Our waiter Zach was top notch. GF menu available on line via QR code. This Celiac had a great meal and will go back again when in the San Marcos area.

Ordered take out from here as part of a big group. Got a salad and hamburger on gluten free bun, and didn't get sick. I would say that you have to be responsible for communicating what you need for your allergy (use their online allergen sheet) but they were very accommodating. No tortilla chips or fries because of shared fryer!

Gf menu online marks when items are subject to cross contamination (mostly seems like shared fryer). Fries are made in dedicated fryer!

UPDATE (June 2024)
So, I’ve been a few times now and I’ve always had a fried option because of their dedicated fryer. This last time though, the server, assistant manager and manager all expressed uncertainty about cross contamination happening with the dedicated fryer. This was a first, and puzzling, as I ask every time I visit and this was the first time the staff didn’t joyfully tell me they had a dedicated fryer. So, I’m sticking with items that aren’t fried, if we return. I really went there because of the dedicated fryer, as those are hard to find. So proceed with caution…
*************************************
We’ve been twice and their food is very good!
It’s a fun place, lots of crazy decor, good energy.
The waitstaff has been great, both times. Fun, personable and has checked on anything they were uncertain about.
There is a QR code on the menu that’ll take you to their gluten free menu.
So far, I’ve tried the chicken wings (very good), tater kegs (different, probably won’t order again, but “ok”, nachos (very good, but you have to substitute to make gf), and I’ve had a burger and fries before. Those were both very food too.
We’ll be returning, for sure.

We've come several times with no issues from both celiacs in our group. The gluten free menu does include the chips, but those are made in a shared fryer. The classic fries, however, are in a dedicated fryer. The burger buns are so good looking/tasting, we had to question if they were gluten free the first time.
They don't have physical gf menus, so check it out on their website. Limited cider offerings and not always all on the menu available, but they do have a few.

Incredible experience. Our server went above and beyond to verify the accuracy of the gluten free menu and followed up with suggested alterations. She was even aware of celiac. And the food was also fantastic.
The dedicated fryer is for fries only, so the kitchen advised to avoid the tater tots and chips for those with celiac. The kitchen went beyond expectations by preparing the tortilla chips in this fryer so that I could still have the appetizer without my asking them to do so.
Highly recommend.

I eat here a lot. There is a ton to choose from-Nachos, California bleu salad, sandwiches, tater kegs are some of my favorites (some with modifications). They have a GF menu online. I have never had a reaction after eating here. It’s one of my favorites.

We had the best experience at lunch yesterday! My daughter has Celiac plus severe egg and nut allergies. It's very difficult to find (and trust) any restaurants where she can eat. I saw they had a Gluten Free menu and opted to speak to a manager to ensure I felt confident her food would be handled carefully to avoid cross-contamination. The manager told me they take allergies very seriously at their restaurant and that they will take care of us. He said, on a personal note, that his girlfriend has Celiac Disease, so he is well aware and informed on steps that are needed to avoid cross-contamination. My daughter ordered the Cheeseburger with no bun since it contained eggs (but they do offer a gluten free bun) with french fries since they use a dedicated fryer. She was in heaven! We are so thankful to have found this gluten/allergy conscious gem in Edwardsville and will be back!

Never have an issue here. Gringo dip is good, the grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun and fries are good! I’d say their bun isn’t the greatest but I’m not going to complain because it’s nice to go out and get a meal.

Had a gf menu and was able to sub gf buns for burgers. Ordered a salad without croutons and it came to our table with croutons. The food was really good, but I’m sure cross contamination is possible, so if celiac please take note. We took Wheat Rescue with our meal and no one had reactions. My son has both a gluten intolerance and a wheat allergy.

Service was very slow. Ordered GF scallops and shrimp. On regular menu you get 5 scallops and 5 shrimp plus ancient grains. On GF menu you get the same amount of scallops but they only give you 4 shrimp and the also take away the ancient grains and don’t give anything in replacement. $ 22.00 for it. Positive it was tasty but still hungry afterwards

VERY good. The menu was very thorough. Also the staff was more than willing to work with us and letting me ask questions. They never hesitated to say they didn’t know for sure but they would check it out if an item was not listed on GF menu. My only issue was that they don’t have a separate fryer but fries were listed in the gluten free menu. Overall we LOVED this place. We need one closer to home now! Try the nachos!

We have been here about 4 times and it is hit and miss. But today was not good. Our waitress was wonderful (she has celiac, so she was cautious and helpful). I ordered a steak and it came out with toast touching the steak (it was not our waitress who brought our food). They took it back to the kitchen and made me another (the manager did come out and talk to me, which is good). It stinks when you are just waiting for your meal when the rest of the table is eating. Made me nervous to eat it, the second time it can out. They just aren't as cautious as other places can be. If you have celiac, I wouldn't recommend this place

Absolutely love to eat at the Frisco Texas location. My servers go out of there way to make sure my meal is not cross contaminated and always come up with alternatives. It’s so nice not to have to worry about having a reaction. Thanks so much for thinking of us Celiac’s. Plus they actually have a really decent size gluten free menu compared to others!! Stopped in while traveling to San Antonio based off the reviews I read on here. I was NOT disappointed!! Their gluten "awareness" menu clearly states they can not guarantee no cross contamination. My intolerance is usually ok with very minimal cross contamination so I took a chance. So far I feel ok but was so pleased with the service. There's lots of options to choose from with a good variety. The french fries were delicious! Food was definitely flagged in back as GF bun since the food runner who brought my food out stated all American burger with GF bun.

Their gluten free menu is huge! The staff is very nice and knew about their gluten free precautions. The fries (not waffle fries) are in a separate frier. I had a burger with a gluten free gun. I think it’s Udi’s, but it clearly looks gluten free. Will definitely be back!
