Came in for pizza, they don’t have any gluten free dough. Ehhhhhh ok thanks, bye!

They offer gluten free crust for an additional $5.95. Although the additional cost is a bit steep, the pizza tastes really good. It’s totally worth it.

Cauliflower crust was available, however, there were no toppings available that were not cross contaminated, including the sauce. Same brush for sauce, same cutting board and knife, etc. Not at all safe.
The taste was amazing, but it was not at all suitable for someone with celiac or a gluten allergy, given the lack of safe toppings and preparation.

I’m celiac and this is one of my go to’s when I’m in Anaheim. Their cauliflower crust is really good.

There is some cross contamination possibly within the toppings since it is like a “blaze pizza” sort of system, but each pizza is placed on a separate pan and put through a rolling oven so the same spatulas are not used for every pizza. They go through the rolling oven without being touched. They have lots of gluten free and dairy free toppings. But they have gluten free pizza crust

They prepared my pizza in the back to prevent cross contamination. Unfortunately, the pizza made me violently ill and I am still recovering a week later from a full on gluten exposure. I do not believe this restaurant is safe for Celiacs.

This place is great and has a gluten free crust. They ask if it’s allergy or preference, however that’s the extent of keeping clear of x-contamination. I ordered pizza and they grabbed a tray which I believe was for allergy pizza. A new spoon was used for the sauce, but it was the same sauce that touches other pizza crusts, so not really helpful. They also choose toppings directly from the bins that are used from regular pizza. The fresh gloves and utensils are a great step in the right direction, however this is not a place for Celiacs.

I’m celiac and have eaten here several times without issues. The staff changes their gloves and has separate utensils and gluten-free ingredients for making pizzas on their gluten-free crust. They also have vegan cheese & their pizzas are great!

Pizza was good, could have been cooked longer. They did ask if it was a gluten allergy. Not sure what had gluten in it (sausage or pepperoni) but something did.
***Currently not safe. They don’t have the solid trays anymore. ***
Tell them you have an allergy and they will change gloves and put your pizza on a different tray as well as cut it with a different knife. Not sure about all of the toppings so ask about them. I know the bacon is safe and all the veggies. I eat here about once a week and have never had a problem.
best gluten free pizza! they even pull fresh items for me
Yes
Would have Ben 5 stars if it wasn’t for the staff. The pizza itself was amazing! I mean fluffy crust! I actually wanted to eat the crust first it was that good. I have no problems since eating there! The staff was a bit rude if you ask me, they seemed annoyed that they had to make the pizza separate from the others or that they had to deal with us. We should not have to feel ashamed for being gluten intolerant or having celiac disease. With an attitude adjustment, this place could be awesome.
Yes
The most careful and knowledgeable staff outside of a fully dedicated GF restaurant. My kids absolutely love it.
Yes
They use the same preparation conveyor belt dishes, dough press, and prep space as the regular pizza. Definitely avoid if allergy is legit.
No
Celiac friendly with a caveat. I ordered the gluten free crust but before I could say allergy he had the same gloves and grabbed my crust and used the same sauce. I’m not overly sensitive to cross contamination and it had been a while since I had been to a pizza place where all the toppings were right in front in a shared environment. So if you are very sensitive make it clear from the get go. But taste was amazing!
Yes
The staff was helpful. The dough wasn’t cooked all the way through, (it was frozen and that happens a lot), but it still tasted good. The toppings were good. Didn’t get sick. $11 something for a make your own pizza, +2 for gf. But it did the job at 12:30am.
This is an assembly line style pizza place. When I ordered the gluten free crust, the lovely workers asked "allergy or preference?" I specified allergy and the first worker changed her gloves and communicated the same to the next workers. Each person changed their gloves. They also put my crust on a different metal pan (they other pizzas go on an aerated black pan). Good communication and good pizza! 👍
Yes
Gluten and dairy free fluffy thick vegan cauliflower crust! Staff was good about changing gloves and using separate cooking tools and utensils. they have 2 gluten free crust options. +$3 for cauliflower gluten free crust. About 15”
I was very excited to try as they have a gluten free pizza crust. If you have any issues with cross contamination you will get sick. They use same sauce and brush that they use on all pizza. The owner was not concerned at all when the issue was mentioned and said they won’t do anything to prevent cross contamination.
No
Spoke with staff- they understood the dangers of cross contamination. Bottom line- very sensitive and didn’t get sick. 5 stars for that. Only went once though- so as always, be careful my friends.
Yes
This pizza was delicious and hit the spot. They have gluten free crust and ask if it is an allergy or preference and change gloves as appropriate. It is shared ingredients, so there is some cross contamination risk and it is cooked in the same conveyor oven as other pizza, but on its own pan.
They have gluten free crust but not dedicated ingredients, so there’s a risk of cross contamination. Pizza is OK, but I much prefer Mod Pizza, Pizza Rev, or Pieology.
Loved that this place was so close to where I was staying with my family. Can’t fault them really. Easy online ordering, reasonable pricing, friendly customer service, clean/modern premises, and delicious pizza!
The staff is great, taking out ingredients from separate containers to ensure no cross-contamination. It is build your own pizza kind of like blaze, but I like it even better. They also have GF hard cider on tap!

Since I first posted a review their cleanliness, etc has gone way down. I will not be returning there. Not safe for celiac.
The manager was very knowledgeable about my order. She even went in the back and did the pizza herself to make sure it was untouched by everything. Made sure the pizza was cut with a fresh cutter as well. It was an amazing experience. Highly recommend.
Yes
They have amazing allergy standards. This is the cleanest gluten free pizza you can get in town. They get all ingredients fresh from the back. So happy!
Yes
This was our go to place for gluten free pizza each day for our Coeliac. More gourmet style, but fresh and good understanding of Gluten Free and cross contamination. We had no problems at all.
Yes
Went here last night, they changed everything that could possibly be contaminated. It took a few extra min but they still accommodated even with a large line up behind us. I would highly recommend the pizza press if you have celiac, just be sure to let the staff know!
Yes
They have lots of options but they are not careful about cross contamination.
Ordered gluten free and got very sick. Not good.
We did not end up eating there because it has trace amounts of gluten in meats (only not in chicken), which is what we wanted. I do have to say, they were upfront and knowledgeable about it, very helpful. If you want a chicken pizza, this is for you. But with Celiac, I don't take chances, especially on vacation. I do appreciate their honesty and ability to answer my questions.
No
They have gf crust and vegan cheese available for extra charges. Not a gf facility, but good pizza and they take mostly cautious handling procedures to keep away cross contamination. Kind of an assembly line while you watch. But you should watch them to make sure they don't make a mistake in handling. The you say the only meat that is gf is chicken for some reason. Right down the street from Disneyland. They recently moved to 1700 South Harbor Blvd.
Good GF pizza! Crust good and flavorful.
My son has Celiac and Type 1 Diabetes and Gluten will make his blood glucose numbers spike like crazy. I was very impressed with the care they took to clarify if it was a preference or allergy and the fact that they clearly understand cross contamination. They even state that for heavier allergies they will prepare in a completely separate work station.
Yes
Amazing thin crust gf pizza extremely knowledgeable on celiacs , wore separate gloves used special trays ,totally felt at home Very friendly family atmosphere!
Yes
Can't say I thought the pizza was fantastic, but they were very careful to change gloves and use different utensils when preparing gf, and nobody had a reaction.
Yes
Yummy pizza!! They always ask if it's allergy or preference. They try very hard to make you feel comfortable with the food.
Simply amazing!! I am GF and DF. The crust was delicious. The staff changed their gloves, used a new pizza pan and got my vegan cheese and pepperoni from containers under the counter to avoid cross contamination. And it was good!!! I highly recommend. I am not celiac, just allergic.
I ordered dairy free and gluten free pizzas and they went above and beyond! they only had one gluten free crust and went all the way to another location to get another to fill my order. they then prepared it in a separate space and gave me 10% . I am very pleased and the pizza was amazing!
Yes
I tried gluten free crust. They also have vegan cheese pizza that was delicious and they are very helpful.
