I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Bolay for dine-in and carry-out. They have lots of options, a variety of flavors, everything is GF, and my non-GF spouse and friends also like it! Their GF chocolate chip cookies are a great little dessert!

Did a delivery order, portions are plentiful and delicious. The guac was a little salty for my taste but when mixed in was perfect. The chia pudding be delicious, we were also glad to have cookies. Safe and yummy, so grateful!

My symptomatic family member and I stopped here for lunch a couple of weeks ago on our way from Sarasota to Tampa. We LOVED our lunch. We are fans of Fresh Kitchen and this is similar with some great and different options, like salmon as a protein.

Since the facility is 100% gluten free, we enjoyed ordering without hesitation, disclaimer or allergy interview. I had a bowl with chicken, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and glass noodles. My guest had one with salmon and chicken, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes and avocado. We were stuffed and had tons of leftovers.

We ate at this Bolay three time while we were in Miami, once in store and twice for take-out. All three experiences were awesome! Lots of choices and many different possible bowl combinations. Everything we got was delicious! I got the Power Beans and Jasmine Rice every time because both were so delicious! Ordering online was easy and delivery went well. Bolay is now one of our favorite places, but we don't have one near us which is vey sad.

i ordered from here for the first time yesterday. as a super sensitive celiac i questioned a few of the menu items...traditional teriyaki sauce is not gluten free. after an internet deep dive i confirmed they do in fact use tamari sauce. its not clear on their website or nutritional guide.

i built my own regular bowl and it was indeed delicious, full of flavor and extremely filling.

today i am experiencing a bit of digestive issues but it could be from the spice factor. us celiacs never kno sometimes 😅 im a bit concerned on just how celiac friendly this place is but ill definitely be back to try again soon.

Fantastic food!!! Everything was gluten free and delicious! You walk down the bar and pick your base/veggies/protein/toppings. Everything is clearly labeled with all allergens (shellfish, soy etc). Kids meal was under $6, biggest bowl and just over $12. We will be back the next time in the area!

There was so much to like about this restaurant concept and execution. Totally dedicated GF establishment, attractive decor, friendly accommodating staff, easy ordering process, reasonable prices. I was really excited to have found it on day 1 of a 4 day stay right around the corner. The food was totally safe (which is ultimately the most important thing) but unfortunately the flavor to both my daughter and I was blah at best, nothing bad just not really good. I hate to be down on them because so many good things to say, but because I rely on what I hope to be honest reviews on FMGF, we spent the next 3 days driving right by looking for other options, so maybe it was an off day, maybe just not our tast, or maybe they will over time tweek the seasoning to match the rest of the experience! If we are back in this location in the future I will probably give them another try and hope!

This Florida chain is a dedicated gluten free restaurant. Build a bowl from hot, fresh ingredients and salad/veggies. Sauces and toppings available 🥑. Gluten free cookies are individually wrapped- snickerdoodles!! I like black rice with lemon chicken.

We were elated when we heard that this FL gem moved into the NoVA area. Not only is the food healthy, it’s delicious as well. Lots of variety to choose from. A Celiacs dream come true.
