We love the gf buns and fries which are fried in their own oil. Easy to designate gf in their online ordering for pickup. My kids love it.

We’ve eaten at a number of their locations and the food is always consistent. Never gotten sick (gluten intolerant/not celiac). I usually go for a lettuce-wrapped hamburger + fries. They have lots of salads and tacos with corn tortillas that sound like good options. Haven’t tried their GF bread yet, but they do offer this option as well.

I love Gott’s gluten free bread. It’s so good. I ordered a hot dog and they carefully cut up the hot dog so it would fit on the gluten free hamburger bun. It was delicious and they treat allergies seriously. I also got a mint chocolate chip shake- wonderful as well and gf!!

Asked for a gluten free menu due to my wheat allergy and was told everything on the menu can be made gluten free. I asked for the chicken tenders. They said it was safe. I reacted and had to take a full dose of Benadryl. Be careful.

Great burger and fries! I am celiac and they did a great job. Separate fryer for gf fries. They left off the sauce because they said it contained gluten. I had no issues.

We have been here a handful of times and never been glutened. Most of the staff is very knowledgeable and you just need to ask somebody else if the person you are talking to is unsure. The owner has a close family member who has celiac, so he make sure the kitchen is fully aware of all the precautions necessary to keep the food safe. It’s pretty expensive for a burger place, but it’s good food and at least we can trust it.
*careful during busy times. We ordered 4 burgers on GF buns and one burger on a wheat bun. One of the ordered GF ones ended up being a wheat bun. The only way we knew is we had the wheat bun to compare to with the other one we ordered. Luckily we noticed before a bite was taken. They remade it but the rest of the party were finished with dinner when it arrived. They were crazy busy. So always be your own self advocate for sure.

Update June 2021:
We still come here, almost weekly, to eat without a problem. My daughter (has celiac) loves the GF bun with her hamburger and gets the garlic fries. My husband (has celiac) gets a lettuce wrap burger and the garlic fries. They have never had a problem. This is one of our go to spots when we eat out.
4 years ago: My husband and I ate here. He has Celiac. We recently purchased a Nima gluten tester and used it. The french fries, garlic fries and cheese burger protein style all tested Gluten free! We will be coming back in the future.

This is my go-to burger and fries place. They are very knowledgeable and always mark gluten allergy on the order. When I came the first time, the cashier told me the bbq sauce was unsafe on a specialty burger without me having to ask. They have a separate fryer for fries only and say that they clean the kitchen area for GF orders. I eat here pretty regularly and have never had a reaction. When we order take out, they usually separate my order from the other orders. That being said, there have been times when I got too comfortable and didn’t remind them that they packaged my order next to a regular burger, or put the bbq sauce on my burger despite it being labeled gf. In these times, they were very happy to remake my food and apologetic and I will say they occur infrequently but they do happen. The food is very good and I still feel safer eater here than most places if I’m going to eat out

We have been ordering online for pickup and they make it very easy to designate “gluten allergy” in your order. It takes all the confusion out of ordering. My celiac kids love the gluten free bun and my vegetarian loves the impossible burger. And they love the fries which are fried in their own oil. I highly recommend

Staff was knowledgeable about a “gluten allergy” (Celiac) and took good care of me. Bun kind of falls apart but expected with gluten free. Overall very good and enjoyed it without feeing sick!

I asked for a gluten free bun and they asked if my request was preference or allergy. I stated it was an allergy. They did not tell me that the special sauce contains gluten. I got glutened and I am disappointed that they didn’t earn me.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. I cannot say anything good about this place, please don’t waste your money here. They lie about having a fryer, employees have secretly told me that I should not eat anything here. They constantly say their gf fryer is broken, but only so it looks like they might have a working fryer at some point, but they don’t. Ordered once again last week, FLAGGED my burger as an allergy (normally they’d put it in a separate box so my burger doesn’t touch family members gluten food) but they were so careless they purposely put my burger halfway on the onion rings. Couldn’t eat it, normally my burger comes in a separate box. Never happy here, please DO NOT GO.

NO GLUTEN FREE FRYER - nothing fried is gluten free right now per their information. Burgers were good. Do not get anything fried at this location because they said they are not gluten free right now. No fries or Brussels sprouts :(

So good! My family always goes to this location when we drive by on a vacation. I recommend the Texas Avocado burger. Ask for the gluten free bun. This is the best gluten free burger restaurant that I have found š
Yes
These cheeseburgers are to die for! I always pay the extra $1 to get the gluten free bun on the Texas Avocado burger. Watch out for the BBQ and secret sauce on some burgers, those are not gf.
I have once had them package my burger in the same box with the other gluten burger that my dad orders š But only once and I must have been here 15+ times now.

Dedicated gluten free fryer, gluten free buns, the girl at the window was very knowledgeable about cross contamination! Great spot!

Dedicated fryer was broken and burger only ok.

One of the best gluten-free burgers I’ve ever had. They had to remove the secret sauce, but I just doubled up on my favorite toppings. The gluten-free bun was very good!

Staff understands and will mark ticket as allergy for those of us with Celiac (yes, I know it’s not an allergy.) Gluten free burger bun and lettuce wraps available. Fries are cooked in dedicated fryer so FINALLY we can eat French fries! Highly recommend.

Great burger with a delicious gf bun or lettuce wrap. Enjoyed immensely!
Staff are very aware here. Gluten free buns and fries. A favorite for us!
They have a gluten free menu. Staff is understanding and accommodating. Dedicated frier. Delicious food!

This used to be my second favorite place in the city for burgers. When I ordered tonight, they said that they were out of gluten free buns. This was super disappointing because being able to get a bun is 90% of the reason I come here. Then they had no substitute for the secret sauce. I guess that’s okay. When I asked for garlic fries, they said that the fries had changed and they are no longer gluten free. Overall, super disappointing meal because I thought I would get way more. I’ll just go to Roam instead whenever I want a burger even though it’s farther away.
Seem to be knowledgeable but are not.

Great food. They have a dedicated fryer and delicious gluten free buns. They mark your food as a gluten allergy when you order. I'm a celiac and eat here quite often and have never had any issues. Recommend!!
Front register staff are very knowledgeable about what is GF. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff does not know how to prepare GF food safely. I caught the woman cooking my bun on top of crumbs from previous gluten containing buns. I went to the counter and asked if someone could prepare my buns without cross contamination. I was told they were already doing that..obviously not the case! Anyways, I still got sick after them re-doing the buns. I would not recommend this place!!
No
Gluten free buns available for $1 upcharge. GF fries and other sides are fried in separate GF fryer. Every time I have gone here they ask if GF is a preference or allergy and mark the items in the order with allergy, and will remove any sauces from the burger I order if they contain gluten.
Yes
Staff was very familiar with which items are gluten free, and they have gluten free hamburger buns. They also have a separate gluten free fryer, but it wasn't working today.
The staff was amazing! They were professional and kind. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and my meal was served separately from my friends' meals with a gluten free sticker on it. When I had questions, the staff member who took my order had the recipe in front of her and she checked the ingredients for me. The Texas Burger and garlic fries were fabulous!
Yes
The staff was very knowledgeable. As soon as I requested a gluten free bun the lady at the cash register asked if it was an allergy or preference. When I said it’s an allergy, she advised me to remove the sauce and sub with a different kind because it contained gluten. Also made sure my fries were made in their “gluten free” fryer. No issues here and loved my meal!

They have gluten free buns and bread for burgers and sandwiches. It’s 1.00 extra.
I asked for a gf bun and they asked if it was an allergy. Staff was decently knowledgable and very accommodating.

Amazing service! Dog friendly! Superb food! And a vanilla/chocolate shake to top it all off! I was in heaven! The bun was sooo good! I was traveling through and it was quick to stop and keep going.

Dedicated fryer, gluten free-bun. Computer system coded to let server know what is GF or can be altered to be GF.

I spoke with the manager here and felt very confident about their procedures in handling gluten/allergens. They assured me they have a dedicated fryer and a staff member to watch over the allergy orders. However, at our first visit, my highly sensitive daughter with celiac had a cheeseburger with a GF bun and French fries and ended up throwing up within the hour. Something must have been contaminated. Sad because I had a lot of confidence in them!

Amazing gluten free buns! Loved all the burger options.
I am very sorry to be the first person to post a negative review here. I went in a week ago and I am still dealing with the resulting sickness. When I placed my order, I could see all the buns laying on the grill. I noted that I was a Celiac and that I couldn't have any cross contamination. The cashier immediately seemed very knowledgeable, and we discussed all their safe-food handling processes. He explained that the GF buns occupied a different surface than regular buns, and that the fryer was only used for GF items and was cleaned regularly. He told me that if there was a [noticed] cross-contamination event with the fryer, everyone was notified, and they would try to prevent people with gluten allergies from ordering fried items. So I ordered a burger & fries. The receipt clearly stated "Gluten allergy" on it. When my order was ready, the person who gave me my food reassured me by stating that he personally watched the food prep and they did all they could to avoid contamination. I specifically asked if the bun was GF, and he said yes. I believe him since it looked different than my friend's "regular" bun.
The food was great. But, sure enough, shortly after I finished, all the usual symptoms came on.
So I'm sorry to ruin a good thing, but despite what seemed like good precautions and care, this place made me quite ill, so it isn't safe for Celiacs.

They have a dedicated gluten free fryer and were able to serve me delicious sweet potato fries and fried Brussels sprouts! Not really enough options for a full gluten free meal but they can certainly offer some wonderful treats!!

My husband is celiac and he ordered the GF bacon cheeseburger. The fries are made in a separate fryer. He tested them with the Gluten tester Nima and came back gluten free. It's such a joy to find places like this!
I got glutened. My own fault. They are very supportive of Celiacs but you have to go the extra mile and ask for a manager to follow your meal as it is made. I didn't ask for that. They marked my order as gluten allergy but according to a rep of the restaurant that isn't enough. Risk of cross contamination still exists and getting a manager to oversee meal prep is advised. Gluten free burger bun though is quite delicious.
